I know what I came for was probably basic for them, but it was challenging for me. I am not technologically savvy, but the reps in the store were happy to help. I had a thousand and one questions and they were so patient helping me with my problem. I'm very thankful! I highly recommend!

My only issue is these authorized retailers are not uniformed with AT&T corporate - why am I paying $5 for a SIM card? If a phone is having issues where the only solution is to change the SIM card - there should be no reason I have to pay. The gateway mall AT&T location is corporate and SIM cards are FREE.

Great customer service. I went to upgrade my iPhone. Tamani was very patient and friendly. She helped with the purchase and the transfer process from my old phone to my new phone. She also helped with pairing my watch as well. Impeccable customer service. 💯

Great!!!!! The three ladies working are Professionals!!!! Store was clean, and problem was fix!!! One, Two, Three!!!! I wasted three Hours dealing with AT&T online or chat service!!!!!

Ok!! Sooo I had a horrible experience with another location ….and I ended up going to the Ralph Ave store. Nowww I will say it is only 2 employees but they’re so patient and helpful and super sweet!! Those young ladies Scheol (store manager ) and Tamani… those ladies helped me for 3hrs !! If that’s not dedication idk what is !! Lol now you guys do need more help as a customer and employee thay can be frosting on both ends! But those young ladies deserve their recognition!!!

Store reps were very nice and patient but refused to switch my phone to an eSIM. Said it couldn't be done without adding another line of service. Hard to believe AT&T still isn't getting the word out or is it just about the commission? (Just switched this review from 3 stars to 1 since I found out how easy this actually is... at another store)

This AT&T store on Ralph Ave is one of the best stores I’ve been to so far. Khalil was amazing and was so very patient with me and all my needs getting my new phone. Tannika the store manager was very knowledgeable and welcoming to me. This is the store to come too for all your cell phone needs.
