Egypt's energy was awesome and genuine. I had the pleasure with working with Egypt twice, each encounter was great. Her customer service game is A-1. Her energy and vibe is everything that a customer looks for when spending their money. I had to write this review to show case Her vibe, energy and professionalism especially during the times we under. I walked in the store a galaxy user and walked out the store an IPhone user with 2 phones and a watch. You don't come across too many people that can be professional and down to earth at the same time.. she was all that in one. T-Mobile hired a winner ...thank you for a wonderful experience

Rodina, has been my go to for years. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful with transfering from (1) phone to the other. I am a very impatience person when it comes to transfering from (1) to the other, so i depend on her alot. She rocks!

Rodina made it so easy to change my plan from Verizon, trade in my phone, remotely walk my mother through trading in her phone so she could get the best deal to be on my plan, and then go above and beyond by following up with my mom when she received her phone to make sure her data transfer went through. Rodina explained all the choices carefully and patiently. She arranged for me to get a promotion that I was eligible for but wasn’t prominently published. Rodina truly cares about her customers, and I really think of her as a friend. She clearly is a key employee, as other friendly salespeople asked her for help; everyone who works there is very attentive and carefully follows Covid protocols. T-Mobile is a much better choice for me than Verizon — much better customer service, cheaper plan, excellent coverage. I wish I changed sooner!

The sales representative couldn't have been less motivated. Upper body leaning on the counter, sleepy attitude and paying more attention to the conversation other representatives were having on the side. The store was deserted.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. We went there to start a new line and from that point on we are in nightmare of hidden fees and rules that no one explain to you at the store. Absolutly the worst costumers service, don't go t-mobile and go on in this store for help. It's a nightmare now.

This is the best location on Flatbush Avenue. They cleaned up a mess with my account they weren’t even responsible for. I would come to this retail location before I ever consider the TWO that are walking distance from my own home. Great service, patient, knowledgeable and actually care about customer service.

Brittany was a great customer service representative. I came in for a new iPhone & thought the XR was the latest. She informed me that the iPhone 11 was coming out & was in the same price range as the XR. She also compared the phones, displaying great product knowledge & helped me decide on preordering the iPhone 11. We went over the colors & I picked the purple one. Because she was an iPhone user, I did not feel pressured or feel like she was just trying to push the latest on me. It was a great customer experience.

The staff was so helpful and kind. They helped my sister figure out why her Chinese phone didn’t work with the data plan without forcing a sale. Best customer service I’ve had with T-mobile. I highly recommend this location the staff was wonderful.

At 5pm there was no employees, I didn’t get treated well , I bought a 150$ speaker , the employee didnt give me the receipt an I asked for it, I was in a hurry and the guy was taken so long I told him I will come back later for the receipt but when I went at 5pm they have closed the store. Very bad attention to the client. The Staff is very very aggressive and unpleasant. Very bad experience. Shame on you T-Mobile for not putting quality control on the people you hire to talk to your clients

Scammers and thieves.I have been robbed by the people in this shop. When I arrived in NYC in December 2015 I walked to a T-mobile shop and bought a iPhone 6S 128GB in cash and got a SIM card and was paying $70 bucks monthly for unlimited everything. It was great and I was very happy. Back in September 2016 I visit the shop to change my plan as I had a prepaid $70 all inclusive deal on my own iPhone 6S 128GB.I was not looking into upgrade the handset. We moved from England the year before and I was building my credit and decided to ask the store to change my plan from prepaid to normal monthly billing so it could help with my credit score.I was promised the same deal and only different was my hotspot would change to #G but since I did not use too much I couldn't care and decided to do it. It was all fine but they asked me if I wanted the iPhone 7 for free and I said no but they insisted it was a great deal but I've explained I had a 128GB and the free offer was for the small memory version. They them carried on saying I could pay $150+ taxes instead and trade in my 6S and receive the 7 at no additional cost.I accept and decided to do it. When they put the contract together it was showing that I would get deducted 24 usd every month for the phone loan but I was also told that the same 24 usd was going to get back to my account immediately and there was just how the finance offer worked. I had nothing in writing and questioned multiple times and was assured that this is how they work. Stupidly I accepted.I received the iphone 7, sent the 6S and on my next month billing I did not receive any credit for the 24 bucks so I went back to the store and the manager apologized for the confusion and immediately refunded the $24 and told me that this wasn't going to happen again. The next week I move out of Brooklyn to the Upper West Side and until February I was paying around 80-100 usd which I thought was more than I should be paying but was too busy to deal with but in March they sent me a text apologizing for not refunding me the handset money in February so I decided to check my account usage and billing and for my surprise, the only 24 bucks I received back was in September when I went back to complain and since that day they've missed a few refunds and when I finally started getting back I was only getting back $16 usd.I phoned them and spent 45 minutes with one person, one hour with another and 50 minutes a manager and at the end I was so stressed out that the manager literally said to me that that was it and nothing he could do. Basically throughout my ordeal with those people on the phone and I was told that there was no records of any agreement and unless if I could prove this I just had to deal with and tough sh..! SO now every month I have been scammed and robbed by T-mobile and thank you to the unscrupulous people that work at this shop. I knew T-Mobile was the worse Network in England but when we arrived in the USA the airport shuttle driver was quite happy to T-mobile and gave me some tips and I decided to try and at least at the beginning I was very happy. Now I feel violated, cheated and pissed for paying too much and I still own those guys $422. I had great handset and did not need to trade off so I've learned my lesson at the hardest away. Thank you T-mobile customer service and T-mobile Park Slope for stealing month on daily basis from a honest hard work person. YOU GUYS SUCKS!
