Great experience altogether. Was at a different dealership the previous weekend and the gentleman who was helping my wife and me didn’t seem to have any motivation to sell me a car. Everyone at Faulkner was great. My salesman Dan, finance guy Andrea and the manger took great care of us and never tried to push anything we didn’t ask for.I will definitely be a return customer.

My recent appointment at Faulkner Mazda Service Department was as usual an excellent experience. I needed my oil changed and my car inspected. The service writer, Ashley, was very helpful and efficient during the whole process and I was able to view the video of my car and how my tires and brakes were wearing. My car was done in less than an hour. As usual, my whole service appointment was efficient and friendly. Thanks Faulkner Mazda!

Almost no one enjoys shopping for a car. But I can honestly say that I had a fantastic experience getting my new car at Faulkner Mazda. The process was quick, efficient, and completely painless. I felt respected and like my time was valued. The staff were down-to-earth and easy to talk to, especially Malikah and Jordan who were great to work with and fun to be around. Would highly recommend.

Vroom Vroom... ! This was our Best decision to purchase our Suv here. We bought a 2018 cx5 touring edition. Not only is SUV our great and covered with a warranty but were lucky enough to buy it before used car prices had gone up making this SUV a steal. We loved our no pressure knowledgeable sales man Dave. I thought we would have no where to go after a tornado hit the dealership a month after we made our purchase but they have rebuilt and took care of us the whole time. Service is amazing with Ashley and Amy. I highly recommend this dealership.

We bought a Mazda from Faulkner in 2012 and we’re delighted by the care of the sales force and their service. December 31st 2021, we returned to Faulkner and were thrilled to see that reliability , friendliness and quality of service were very much in force. There new showroom made going through the transaction a pleasure. Robert was the salesman .He listened, took his time with us and answered our questions. We purchased a 2021 CX 5 Grand Touring. It had 13,000 miles on it and it looked like it just camp out of the Mazda factory. He had the car detailed and allowed my husband and I to take it for a test ride alone. What a ride! It was quiet as well and what a car. I can’t say a negative word about this caring dealership Nancy

I had a cx5 engine oil and tires rotation service today at Faulkner Mazda as usual. Every staff was friendly and it was very quick in & out. Service writer was letting me know what they’re doing on my vehicle also what I need to be done at that time. I’d recommend Faulkner Mazda to anyone who’s looking for a Mazda vehicle service.

This is my first time buying a car, and Faulkner Mazda definitely gives me a great experience. I very much appreciate the information transparency and the quick responsiveness whenever I have questions. It is especially worth noting that, I completed the whole buying process without ever physically visiting there! The first time that I set foot in Faulkner Mazda is when I picked up the vehicle. All communications are via text messages and emails (which I personally favor more than talking over the phone). Again, great experience!

What a Fantastic team! Went in to test drive a Mazda and left the same evening with a brand new car. The entire process was fast and easy. Everyone was amazing! We drove almost an hour and a half for the car I wanted and would absolutely drive back to buy from them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Dan to purchase a new car a few days ago. We had multiple appointments and he was attentive to our needs even while handling multiple customers. Even with the technology shortage and high demand for cars, my mother still drove home with a car that met her needs at a great deal. Dan was professional, hospitable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Manny was awesome to work with as well. Most think of car buying as stressful, but our experience was memorable. The dealership is clean and modern, and has me considering trading my Nissan in for a Mazda. I'll be asking for Dan specifically if I come back! Update Nov 2021: I ended up returning to the dealership looking for Dan and a 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I didn't reveal that I was driving a rental after losing my Nissan Altima in an accident. They had an M3H on the way in red, AWD, an affordable package, and the timing was impeccable. As soon as I got pictures, I came as soon as possible to buy it. I'm so happy with my car, and it was sweet of Dan to check in on me a week later to make sure I was satisfied. I work in hospitality myself and have been impressed again and again. My mom still loves her CX-5, and we are both Mazda customers for life. I also wanted to mention how efficient and accommodating the staff was despite what they went through with the damage to their facilities from the recent tornado. I'm glad everyone was safe, and can't wait to see their rebuilt storefront. I will recommend this dealership always!

Just bought a 2021 Mazda3 Turbo from this dealer and the experience with Devyn the saleswoman was just awesome. Nothing was.a problem with her, she was super nice and knowledgeable and she explained everything about how to use the features in detail and those I didn't know she looked up. Very professional and satisfied with the excellent customer service. Thank you Devyn, you are awesome and were a pleasure to deal with !!! Ask for Devyn when you visit. :)
