This is my first time buying a car, and Faulkner Mazda definitely gives me a great experience. I very much appreciate the information transparency and the quick responsiveness whenever I have questions. It is especially worth noting that, I completed the whole buying process without ever physically visiting there! The first time that I set foot in Faulkner Mazda is when I picked up the vehicle. All communications are via text messages and emails (which I personally favor more than talking over the phone). Again, great experience! ~Tianhan

What is not to like about this branch? It is conveniently located right off The Superhighway (Rt. 1) and right next to a Chick-fil-A! A 24 hour drive-up ATM for deposits or withdrawals. Inside I have never had to wait for any teller transactions. ~Chris

FRAUD SCAM ALERT!!!!! RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Rented a car via State Farm insurance while ours was at the repair shop. The car had low tire pressure immediately, which we realized was a slow leak & reported. Upon return of the car to Hertz, the representative from Feasterville told us to leave the keys with the owner of the body shop for our convenience (1st red flag). The owner assured us he did this all the time & even spoke to representative confirming details & that he did in fact confirm the tire leak as well. No other damage reported! Next day Hertz calls to say there's a huge gash in the rear passenger quarter panel & rear door that was not there when we left it, nor when the owner handed the Hertz rep the keys next morning (spoke with him next day). They are still trying to charge us for the damage that their own driver caused. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Would not have rented from here if we weren't forced to by State Farm - the insurance carrier for the guy who hit our parked car in the first place! ~Bigfoot

The Buffalo wings are phenomenal however I’ve never paid $1.00 per wing hence the over night cashier charges ridiculous price for 5 wings $5.99 plus tax when pizza places charges $10.00 plus tax for 12 wings idk if this over night cashier dude has a problem with certain types of people but unfortunately I’ll never stop there ever again I’ll shop at other places from now on. It’s a great place good food but lack of respect from over night cashier dude. ~Gary

I went here for the fist time 7/30/22 and the experience was amazing. Great atmosphere, Its not busy or crowded, and the food is amazing. Our server Ting was amazing. She was very on top of things. We wound up getting 6 rolls which cost about 86$ but it was well worth it. Extremely filling, we wound up taking most of the second dish (photo) home. If you're looking for a nice local sushi house this is the place. They have 2 menus, one is their normal menu. The second one is a pink menu which is 50%off. It really allows you to try different things. All of the rolls my girlfriend and I had were all amazing. We will definitely be coming back for more. They do close at 11 and the kitchen stops cooking at 10:30. We got there late but thankfully Ting was able to get us our second plate just in time. It truly deserves 5 stars. ~Dave
