I had the best experience! I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me, he said he was filling in for someone but usually works at the store in Williamsburg. I was trading in my iPhone for the 13 and he was so helpful and friendly. He even installed the glass screen protector for me! One of the best experiences I've had at AT&T.

BEWARE!!! We upgraded an iphone here, and AT&T changed our plan without asking us. The rep who helped us didn't mention any changes to our plan. The discussion was only around the cost of the phone. OUR MONTHLY BILL DOUBLED. We've now been fighting with AT&T customer service to get this fixed. Just another reason to despise AT&T

I went in to the 99 7th Ave. Park slope location for assistance with utilizing my old iPhone 6 for my 85 year old mother, to use as an internet phone, with WhatsApp so that she can FaceTime with her kids, grandkids and for telemedicine visits, which are more frequent since Covid. I knew it would be an involved process and did not know how to go about it, since I wanted my mother to be able to retain her flip phone as well, since relying solely on an iPhone is too high a learning curb for her at 85. Malik not only helped me enormously through this process by setting up the phone for her but also, set up her iCloud and WhatsApp accounts and explained the process to me along the way; we did it all together. He was extremely helpful, friendly and polite and just so nice.Malik is a gem! I recommend the store and him to everyone. Thanks so much Malik for all of your assistance; it was truly appreciated!

The technician was very good. Shahezan Shema was able to diagnose the fix the problem with my phone SIM card at very low cost. I was on a trip to NYC and his help was very good and I was completely satisfied!

Flaky hours. Online hours listed closing time at 6pm Sunday, same as all local AT&T stores. I arrived today at 5:30pm. The door is locked, the employee, with a customer, waves me away. They have no hours posted on their door (see my photo). Another customer walks up. Same thing. GO AWAY. We both leave. By scooter I get to the AT&T store on Montague Street, arriving 5:50pm. They also close at 6pm. But they haven't locked their doors. And unlike this 7th Avenue location, Montague Street hours are posted on their door. Multiple employees inside. Very professional at Montague Street location. I'm out in 15 minutes. I've used them before, they are the best around. Better if you don't go here, go to Montague Street AT&T.
