My first response for questions is 5. I'm extremely satisfied. The Manager Mandie was a consummate Professional. She guided me from first contact as I entered the store,to leaving with the product of choice I desired. She was knowledgeable, focused , Kind and provided me with necessary information throughout the process. I will absolutely be recommending her as a point of reference to new customers. I had the best experience! I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me, he said he was filling in for someone but usually works at the store in Williamsburg. I was trading in my iPhone for the 13 and he was so helpful and friendly. He even installed the glass screen protector for me! One of the best experiences I've had at AT&T. ~Hayley

I have been to the store last week. Ray helped me and 5 other customers alone while we all got superb treatment. I never met a more efficient trustworthy person and I’m so happy I did. I don’t know if this guy is the manager but he should running the chain, the store is too small for him. ~daniel

Lynne helped me get a new phone under my insurance plan. She was absolutely phenomenal and took the time and care to assist me thoroughly. She was pleasant, thoughtful, kind and helpful. You don’t often find someone in customer service who is so willing to go the distance to help and for that, I am so appreciative of her. ~Carolyn

Cesar took care of my needs and was very patient and helpful, pleasure dealing with him —— update After 2 months and 2 bills my bills were more then double of what i was told at the store, my bill is way more then my previous carrier, I was taken advantage of as a first responder and pushed me "free" service that ended up showing up in my invoices, costing me almost double then what i was told when I signed up ~Jacob

This retail store is unprofessional. The two sale people try to be nice and support the customers walking in to the store. The problem is that they are not offering plans at the honest rates and are promising Verizon perks and discounts that are not valid. 1. I had opened a Verizon mobile business acct and was told I will pay $35/month. I was surprised when my first statement arrived and I was paying $45+ some features that I didn't request for $75/month. When I asked verizon about the $35 plan they said there was no such an offer available. 2. One year later I walked in to the store to purchase a new phone, as my screen was cracked and I had received multiple email offers from Verizon on trade-in options. The rep in the store confirmed that if I purchase a new phone and trade in my old one, I can receive between $300-$400 back as a credit on my acct. I showed him the cracked screen, and the rep at Atlas Communications waved away my concern and said I can still get the full value of the phone if I trade it in. I sent it back to verizon after following all instruction, and received an email stating that my phone was either cracked or not functioning and that will receive $7.50 credited. Wow what a disappointment. The store rep was not offering any help when I called to follow up on this. ~Rachel
