Ray was the bomb…i had just purchased an iPhone 13 Pro that was delivered to work to replace an X…called customer service to link it with my Verizon Acct….the customer rep had me out my old SIM card in the new phone. Wouldn’t work. She had me on the phone for almost 45min trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and went in to the store…Ray said, “ new phone is 5G, your old phone is 3G…SIM card is not compatible”. Why wouldn’t the Rep know that?!?!?!? 🤬 Thank you Ray…you saved the day ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽

Cause the staff guys didn't know to answer my question.They wanted my money,like they said we only deal with phones85th.made me upset.went different store of Fulton st I told him they need training on 85th street.for money they ran to speck about phones but not account problem ,not happy

The rude staff just wanted to get rid of loyal customers. I had a terrible experience with the Verizon store, including the corporate location. I lost my sim card, and I tried to get the new one. However, the Verizon staff first told me they didn't have the sim card, but when I insisted, they changed their mind and told me that they ASSUMED I had a postpaid plan without even asking me first. On the other hand, when it came to paying, the location refused to accept my payment method and locked my connection till I brought cash to them. Is this really how Verizon treat their loyal customers?? All I needed was simple support. I am so disappointed.

Wonderful experience at this location with "Facey." She was pleasant, engaging, and most importantly efficient. Her expertise really shined through, as a new customer to Verizon, I was truly impressed with the customer service. There was little to no wait time and the entire process from my initial visit to my final visit was excellent. So glad I came to this location.
