If you bring an unlocked phone do not let these guys try to sell you a new phone. They will try and say your phone isn't compatible and make some other excuses to try and make a sale. You can check yourself if your phone is compatible online and if it is you can easily order a Bring Your Own Phone Sim Card Kit for $10 online. Just make sure you have an IMEI Number for your phone in order to check compatibility.

This boost mobile at 843 Van Siclen ave is very unprofessional. they are robbing people at this store, went in there today to switch over the guy said I have to pay 50 for the first month bill 25 for the activation fee an additional 25 for the program fee never heard of a program fee in my life that was the first time and only at this store./ . this store need to be shut down.the guy light skin with the Jamaican accent where that additional 25 go because it’s no such thing as that...

Horrible service I bought a headphone at this store and it was broken. I went to see if I can get it replaced and the guy was very rude and obnoxious about the whole situation. He knows that his products are fake sells them for 30+ $. Save your money and go to a better store like best buy or target. Bad for the neighborhood 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
