Although the store is in a bit of a disarray the cashier Brittany is awesome. Great customer service skills, cheerful, beautiful smile, making conversation with all the customers. I told her she was a delight to listen to. She seemed to be the only one in there. Anyways, y’all need to give her a raise. I’ve been to quite a few different locations where the employees had horrible attitudes so this really just made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable!

THIS DG is the most run down, ghetto store within a 20 mile radius. They hired an insolent, disrespectful white lady who's appearance was so unkempt. She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me, when I asked her to keep my bread separate from the pool toys, which is bagging 101. She then left my last bag on the turn style closest to her hip, stuck my receipt in there and sarcastically said have a NICE day! Never handing over my last bag. I was carrying a 15 lb bag of dog food, my daughter already had 3 bags and I had a bag. We bought $60 worth of things and the least she could have done was handed me the last bag (my 11:yo daughter grabbed every other one). If an 11-year-old has enough common sense, and is able to discern rudeness so can this middle aged woman with DIRTY blonde hair!

Easy in & out usually find what I need prices are fair. Good ppl shop there my card wasn't working and a kind lady paid for my ticket. Very good person.

I come to this store strictly out of convenience, so I appreciate it. Like most people I go there for odds and ends when I don't feel like paying 7-Eleven prices or going to the grocery store or superstore. Also, the staff is friendly and almost always busy. Even if there is no line when you walk in the door, by the time you get to the checkout you usually have to wait a while. My main complaint about this store is that the aisles are constantly crowded with boxes or racks of stock to be put away. it isn't necessarily easy to navigate and I'm 99% sure it wouldn't pass an ADA or handicapped inspection. I'm fine because I can navigate the store but if you have family members or friends who are in wheelchairs this kind of thing does start to irk you Once the Family Dollar across the street closed I began using the location and that's been almost a year or two ago. From what I heard the same business person owns both locations. I don't think the issue here is with the staff I think the issue is with them being understaffed and the management not trying to get things organized and nice and neat. Maybe it's just how people do things in Crowley because I've noticed similar issues with the Kroger down the street every time you walk in the makeup aisle it's all messed up and it's been that way for months. It's like no one has ever gone down the aisle to clean.

Always a bit crowded on well weekends i really just kept driving Sun SO many people could not really park well close. & Store is a bit more crowded with inventory every where. But just like 7-11 cheap only work one person AT NIGHT TO.

Never have had any problems here. Store is a bit cramped but it's clean, and I've never found anything expired. Decent place of you just need to grab a few quick items and don't want to deal with Walmart or Kroger.

They had everything we needed last minute. The cashier was super sweet and told us areas around town. She also let us know that the busy time was 9pm - 9:50pm!

Please do not shop here. Manager/cashier is unprofessional and irate. I made a purchase and asked for specific denominations. Manager was rude and said she didn't want to go to the bank, so take a large bill. She would only break the bill if I'd purchase another item. I told her that I would not have purchased the first items if that was the policy. She said she didn't have to tell me anything!! A convenience fee of $1.00 was applied and I don't have the right to ask for specific denominations??!! All in all, this could have been resolved with communications and professionalism. I asked for a refund; I will not patronize a business without outlined and displayed policies. She was pleasant upon leaving the store.

It is a little crowded. But they do have little baskets to wheel around. Always a good stop for when the lady needs me to stop off and get a few things. Today I needed tape, and they have two packs for a $1. Seems to be a good deal to me. Parking lot is a little wierd as well. But if you have a big vehicle, you can park on the side and just walk a bit farther.( We can probably all use the extra steps lol)

I love the store in Crowley, the prices are good, the products are good The store is clean they revamped it about a year ago. but especially the employees there are absolutely great. They are helpful and very nice. One employee a tall young dark haired man even remembers ,my name. The parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of I wish it was a little bigger. There are parking spaces to the south of the store though. But everything else especially the employees and the young man who remembers ,my name are the best. Sandy
