Although the store is in a bit of a disarray the cashier Brittany is awesome. Great customer service skills, cheerful, beautiful smile, making conversation with all the customers. I told her she was a delight to listen to. She seemed to be the only one in there. Anyways, y’all need to give her a raise. I’ve been to quite a few different locations where the employees had horrible attitudes so this really just made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable! ~Faiqa

Love the customer service this gas station provides! They truly care for their customers. Treated like a friend. Always clean when I visit and willing to help when needed. Conveniently have a check cashing service too. Also, my kids love the snacks there! ~John

Bought minnows there, the last two times, the price was higher than before, now $3.99 a dozen, the minnow size was lest than a half an inch could barely get them on the hoot, don’t buy minnows there, way too small for too much $$ ~Ron

Ordered pizza for my family. And the pizza had pieces of black plastic. I don’t know if it’s your tray or what. When I called about what I had on my pizza the guy Zion wasn’t very helpful. And didn’t not want to give me a full refund for the pizza that had the plastic. Which was $18. He wanted to give me $10 then hung up on me twice. I called from a different number and he said the manager Xena could not come to the phone. Very unhelpful. Then hung up on me again. Ended up getting a call back from someone named Dylan who was very helpful. But overall horrible experience, both pizzas had a weird taste to it. Not ordering from this location again. ~kim

Since taken over this year, extremely rude, seems a bit racist now. The legal age to buy beer is 21 yet we were told that we had to be 22. My mom told me to stop going because she noticed the change in customer service. Horrible experience, extremely rude. ~Sharonda

I absolutely love 5 Star! I started having them do my manicures and pedicures (sometimes full sets) about 6-7 years ago. They do such a great job! My nails always look fantastic and my feet and legs feel amazing after my pedicures. I usually get the signature pedicure because I like to get the works done on my feet and legs since I am always on my feet at work. Julie is so sweet and does a fantastic job! Over the years I’ve been going there, I’ve only had an issue with my nails twice - once I didn’t like the way one of my nails looked before I left and Julie was quick to fix it, and the other time I broke a nail 2 days after getting them done, a day before a special occasion and they got me all fixed up that same day and on my way. I moved to Arlington from Crowley 5.5 years ago, and continued driving to Crowley. I tried a couple of other mail salons closer to where I lived, but they were way overpriced, but most importantly, I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out. They didn’t provide the amazing leg massages, or any of the little extras that 5 Star offers. I recently moved to Saginaw, and I still drive to Crowley to get my manis and pedis. Their prices are definitely comparable to other mail salons, but the services they provide are so much better, as well as their customer service! I've been going here for about 5 years and absolutely love this place. I switched from acrylics to the dip process and am pleased with the results. They use a "solar" powder that doesn't turn color or go yellow and I can usually go about 3-4 weeks between fills. Their pedicures are truly amazing and I adore the entire staff. The place is clean, well managed and easy to get to. I highly recommend this nail spa! ~Michelle

Mike and Kristy are so very helpful throughout the process of ordering marketing materials.
