I been spending a lot of money at pizza hut the other night I bought 3 pizzas which should of been 7 a piece they charged me 13.99 for a med which that wasn't the deal I wanted if that was the case I would of gotten a large anywho I wanted hand toss they made thin crust which was very hard for my granny teeth none of the toppings were correct I guess cause it was close to closing they were rushing but that was my last time eating there if I'm going to spend 30 I want to enjoy my food at the least would not recommend this pizza hut this is how all the pizzas looked tried my best to eat the two slices but to disgusting so the other two plus this one was not touched so disappointed

I usually love pizza hut, but on this delivery thepizza wasn't made fresh was cold but staff that delivered pizza was pleasant

I just had 2 pizzas delivered from the Crowley, Tx location and when I tell you they were the most absolute beautiful and delicious pizzas that I have ever seen. The veggies were fresh and the meats were extremely flavorful. There was an abundance of toppings and they were placed so evenly and artistic like on each one. I thought they brought me the pizzas from the commercials! Shout out to whoever made these pies because they deserve a raise, seriously. The chances of this happening again are slim so I wanted to make sure I captured this moment. Fyi, this is not a joke nor is it a paid advertisement 😊

Ordered pizza for my family. And the pizza had pieces of black plastic. I don’t know if it’s your tray or what. When I called about what I had on my pizza the guy Zion wasn’t very helpful. And didn’t not want to give me a full refund for the pizza that had the plastic. Which was $18. He wanted to give me $10 then hung up on me twice. I called from a different number and he said the manager Xena could not come to the phone. Very unhelpful. Then hung up on me again. Ended up getting a call back from someone named Dylan who was very helpful. But overall horrible experience, both pizzas had a weird taste to it. Not ordering from this location again.

This little Pizza Hut does a consistently good job. Folks may want a fancier pizza from some places, but the price often comes with it. For $10 bucks the Tastemaker is a nice occasional break. I order it online and they've always had it ready and bring it to the car. It's hot, plenty of toppings, and just the right thing for dinner and leftovers.

I was frustrated from moving and all. I hate Computer iPhone system. Have no patience for it. I called this place three times trying to get a real person. Finally Blake, the driver answered. he was super amazing. I almost hung up, but he was the best and if it'd been somebody else with the usually I don't care attitude, I would've hung up and gone somewhere else. I have not ordered a pizza for about 3 1/2 years. Back then you got a real person right away and you got your order within 10 minutes! And the pizza was delicious. Thanks guys!

Using my sons account to give review! We stopped ordering Pizza Hut because the price you pay for such a small large pizza with a few toppings just didn’t make sense. However, we ordered last night and remembered why we loved the Hut! We had a coupon so we ordered what we wanted without worrying about limiting the toppings. The specialized somewhat complicated order was taken by the manager… she was very careful to get the order just right and even warned us about the cook on the pizza with more than 5 toppings! So we stuck with 5 toppings. The pizza came to us sealed, very hot, crust crispy, and a ton of toppings! The whole family fell in love with Pizza Hut all over again! Way to win us back Crowley location!!! Kudos for checking all the boxes!

I received this over cooked pizza from Pizza Hut and when I called to inform them and maybe get a replacement the manager Michaela refused and said she had cut the pizza her self and it looked fine and it wouldn’t make a difference if she made me a new one it would come out the same. And to my surprise 2 hours later another manager came to my door to replace said pizzas she was very nice and apologetic. So this one star review is for Michaela and her unsatisfactory customer service because she was rude and extremely unprofessional.
