So I ordered "The Edge" pizza. Curbside pickup. No green peppers and added extra cheese, black olives, pork, & pepperoni. It was kind of a mess. Somehow, they managed to get toppings under the pizza. It was not crispy and had a strange taste & smell, like smelly feet. Threw most of it away. Very disappointed. I think the problem is poor quality of ingredients and poor making. I swear I haven't had a decent pizza since COVID.

Waitress was very attentive and FUNNY. ONLY Waitress. but she handled it well. Husband disappointed in pizza. Had not been to a Pizza Hut in a while but is definitely needs improvement and back to great pizza again.

Apparently, hand tossed pizzas are now thinner than thin and crispy pizzas. GM unwilling to speak to customer or credit for a large pizza for another day bc points were used. Mind you, all 300 points were collected at this location. Remake not an option as pizza was needed asap for young children. Poor customer service. Service will be taken elsewhere.

Pizza was not as good as it used to be. This may be because of some new ingredients, but not good. And the wings are extremely overpriced! I may not go back to Pizza Hut. It's almost $2 for one wing. And they aren't that good! You can get better quality pizza from the local grocery store and the same, but much cheaper wings. Not worth it, go somewhere else and save some money.

I ordered breadsticks and wings with my “rewards points”. The breadsticks were totally burnt. I could even smell that something was burnt at pickup but assumed they wouldn’t pass burnt breadsticks on to a customer. I was wrong. Wings were tiny and hardly sauced. I contacted customer service and they apologized and told me that the location would be in touch within 3 business days…going on 16 days now and no word. The complaint was passed on to the rewards department who confirmed that I was given points for the pizza I just paid for (never in question) with zero addressed about the points I spent on the inedible breadsticks and pitiful wings (guessing they didn’t even read what the actual problem was). Obviously customer service is a major issue at all levels. It’s pretty clear from my experience, and the other reviews here, that the manager or owner of this local Pizza Hut couldn’t care less about the quality that’s not being put out.

One of pizzas ordered had incorrect topping with pork sausage instead of hamburger. For religious reasons I do not eat pork. So when I open the pizza box and notice the difference of topping from the other pizzas ordered. I had to call back and order the correct topping. Going forward. I hope that my topping ordered are correct.

And to think I tipped on my online order...... I never got curbside service, so I want inside to pick it up. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. Straight garbage. This place was fine until 4-5 years ago. I keep trying it because it's in our vicinity, but no more.

Exceptional service, spoke directly to the manager (Steve) and placed my order. told him the old lady is hungry and eating for 2, 6 months pregnant and needs the taste maker special (large 3 topping pizza), he says it’ll be ready in 15, I tell him I need it in 10. When I walked in, the staff all but rolled the red carpet for me. incredible staff and never had a problem and always treats me well. It’s sad to see the other disparaging reviews that mostly sound like human error on the consumers end. Ordering dinner is not quantum physics. I would highly recommend this location to any and all.

I live in Schertz area and I had a delivery Friday night by a young lady with a a mask on. When i opened it up it was someone elses order, cause its half pepperoni and half black olives and I'm allergic to black olives. I called the store just to replace it or pick up this pizza. I spoke to one of the managers named Kevin that night. Since i speak with a southern colored accent, he was talking to me like i was lying even though he had my information there. I don't want any pizza from them or anything, I just want other people to know how people of a certain color are treated.

That was the saddest excuse for a pizza I have seen in a long time. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and when I got there the cheese pizza looked a little burnt, but pepperoni looked fine. I got home only a 10min drive each way and the pizza was already stale as hell. The crust was uber thin and the outer crust was just as thin as rest of pizza. Idk if they were rationing the sauce but I had a pinch on outer ring of the pizza and the rest was dryer then Sierra Nevada. I'm not one to bash on a restaurant but damn every other pizza hut I've ever gone to had great pizza and this place needs be shut down. My only positive is I got free ranch.
