Horrible location - hard to find. Why??? - is this inside of a walmart?? The waiting room was incredibly full. I left, as a stood no chance on getting see with that wait.

Small line, line went quick, and 15 minutes top. The Young ladies were polite and professional. The ladies worked very good as a team, one drew blood, the other handled the computer system, and as others were resupplying the rooms and asking, "anything we can help with". Military retired. It's nice to see young people work as a TEAM.

Normally I have no problems with this place. I’ve been here numerous times. However today I brought my teenage daughter who has never had blood drawn before and is deathly afraid of needles. Jessica C if you’re going to work with patients then you need to be a little bit more compassionate. Very rude from the moment she opened the door to let her in. And then rudely a asked her have you never had your blood drawn before. When I went back to get a school note she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. If you can’t have a good customer service attitude when dealing with patients then you need to find another career.

Went here on 11-19-20, I presented my current insurance card as I do everytime but for some reason they billed an insurance that I had many years ago. Tried to reach someone on the phone but that's apparently not possible. I "updated" my insurance through their online portal and they sent me a new bill with an added $17 charge this time stating they did not receive a response from my insurance company. I reached out to my insurance company and they used the invoices I provided them to submit the claim for me but denied the claim due to the claim being filed after 180 days. Don't trust these people to handle your claim billing and be prepared to get zero customer service if you need it.

One of the young ladies is a little rough when removing blood draw needles, leaves bigger bruises then normal and hurts longer, but the rest are all very good about it. All of them have had good bedside manner. Happy overall with it.

Kristle just did my blood draw and she was exceptional in every way. I was a walk-in and arrived about 3 minutes before they were closing for lunch, but she called me in right away. She was polite, friendly and accurate and quick with the blood draw. She didn’t act annoyed or inconvenienced at all about my arriving just before lunch. She is excellent at her job!

Just took my pre-teen who for the first time had blood drawn. The lady that did it was great! I wish I had obtained her name she was patient and kind throughout the process. My daughter was so nervous she almost passed out the phlebotomist knew exactly what to do I truly appreciate her! I highly recommend this facility.

Only one lady working but she was wonderful. So kind and efficient. Can’t remember all her name but part of it was Marie. This location was closer to me than many others. Plus since it was in Walmart I just got groceries while I was at it. It is hard to get enough blood out of me but she did it with one stick❤️

I registered for an appointment and did my check in online. I went in almost immediately for my appointment. Krystle Hernandez did my bloodwork and she was excellent. She was efficient and pain free. I will be requesting her every time I go.
