I couldn’t believe all the negative reviews on here. They had always been friendly and efficient…. Until today. Open at 07:00 means nothing. No receptionist or anyone to answer any questions just that stupid electronic check in stand. If I wanted to operate computers I would get a job doing that. 0 customer service, but 100% terrible attitudes. If we were grading on that they would get 6 stars. I have better things to do with my time than to drive 40 minutes to wait for 4 hours. This place need to remember we are the customer. “ we ain’t begging, we are buying” run your customers off and you will have plenty time to decide customer service goes a long ways.

Inflexible, unaccommodating and rigid. Arrived at 3:20 after checking my kiddo out of school early. Walked in to a completely empty waiting room, aside from one other lady. Sat for a couple minutes. Their window is never open- you better be IT literate bc you check yourself in. I did and the computer told me it might be a wait but they’d work me in. Less then 3 mins later- a man walks out and abruptly and rudely says “we can’t fit you in. You’ll have to leave and make an appointment for another day. We don’t have time today.” Again- the room was completely empty. I checked my son out of school early and took off work. On another note- I left and came right up the street to Open Imaging Greenville and they got me right in. If you want to be talked down to and disrespected though- definitely check out Quest and waste your time.

My wife and I have tried using the Greenville Quist branch. All three times we were very disturbed with the lack of service and poor additive. I will never use this office again. Do your self a big favor and look elsewhere. Pat Gerald

The doctor sent me here for a blood test. I arrived at 11:40 AM while they were at lunch. Patiently waited till 12:30 PM. I'm the first one into the room. Lady comes out and rudely, " WE CANT SEE YOU TILL ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU ARE SEEN" It's now 1:27 PM, and I'm still the only person that's in the room, and 0 names have been called while I'm here sitting by myself. 0 names checked in, and 0 people showed up... The reason I'm sitting here for a hour by myself when supposedly "others are being seen.... is the reason is unknown. I guess the Ghosts must be seen first. Not a single person's name was called while I waited.

If I could give negative stars I would. They asked me and my two small children under two to wear masks. I said of course I will put one on and try to put one on my two year old but my 12 month old infant was not putting on a mask for suffocation risk. They said the baby HAD to have a mask to be seen so I said during her test I will put a mask on her. We then precede to wait 30 min for our turn. We get back there and she says they have no butterfly needles and they do not plan on ordering any. I told her I was not going to go through with the test and chose to leave. She looked SHOCKED that I was not going to let them put an adult needle in my 12 mo old daughter. This place should not even be on practice. Disgusting. DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN THERE

Supposed to be open at 07:00 a.m. wait until 7:30 and waiting room full so don’t show up on time. U will have to wait and then poor attitude from staff. Inconsiderate.

My husband has gone up there twice now filled out the kiosk and it gave him a number he would be number two or three he sits out there and waits for them to call him this last time there was no one in the room with him someone came out and said did you make an appointment he said I put on there and it said I'm number two and they said no you need to make an appointment so yeah you're right they don't want to do a thing not even lift a pencil they just want you to do all the work they'll stick you and then that's it if you can change the LabCorp the people there are friendly nice you fill out the kiosk they get you in and they get you out the ladies there work really hard to make it simple and fast for you I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had to get a urine test for a new job. This company was one of the choices I was given. Made an online appointment and received a confirmation via text and email. Arrived at 1220pm for an appointment at 1230pm. At 1229 they opened the door and I checked in with my email scan code and took a seat. Before I was able to pull my phone out of my back pocket someone opened the door and called me in. Everything was done quickly and in my presence. I was concerned at first for picking this location after some bad reviews, however my experience was prompt and good.

I had an 8:30 appointment, checked in about 20 minutes early and got called back right away. Stephanie was really nice and did a great job, I appreciate all her help. There was a gentleman helping a lady and she seemed happy as well. When I left there were 4 people in the waiting room so I recommend making an appointment first thing and getting there early.
