Does NOT keep business hours according to website. Drove several miles to buy product after calling to confirm hours. Store was closed. Waste of time snd gas money. Horrible Customer Service

My name is Lisa Sharber. I came from JCPENNEY salon along with Ms. Carolyn Holland. We have been in this location for exactly one year. Our other stylist are Ms. Laura Himes, Ms. Katie Wellborn, and Ms. Donna Speights. I understand that their have been some issues in the past but we are working very hard to create a 5 star experience for each and every person that enters this SMARTSTYLE SALON. We would love for you to give us a chance to create a little beauty in your life. Drop in and visit with us if you would like to see the changes in the atmosphere and I promise you will be appreciated here. We love what we do and we want you to love your time with us. If you do have an issue please call or come in and let me or one of our other excellent stylist help. I have had my hair cut here one time before a long time ago and they made such a mess of it I never went back, but my mom had told me that there were new stylist in there so I made an appointment with Alisa, she highlighted and cut my hair, she did a wonderful job. The only thing I saw that was a negative issue was a lot of people came in to ask for cuts and they had to be turned away because there were no other stylist, and the schedules for the other stylist coming in would not help the situation either due to most of them had appointments scheduled once they got there.

Appt. For Highlights and cut and style. The stylist was inexperienced, did not shampoo hair after foil removal! The blow dry took forever!! She dried strands individually until dry not an overall blowing, so it took forever! Will Not return here.!

Yesterday I got my hair cut and colored. Never again! My hair was long (almost halfway down my back) virgin untouched hair. I haven't gotten my hair done in years. I don't even put heat on it. I brought a picture of what I wanted so there couldn't be any misunderstanding. This woman RUINED my hair. She over processed it , the bottom half was so damaged and dry. The placement of her foils was awful, the color was wrong. I got so upset and started talking to her about why I didn't like it but all she did was insist that she gave me what I asked for. And then charged me 80 dollars for it! I called today to make a complaint. Turns out she's a manager. I left crying and unsatisfied. I went straight from the salon to my friends house where we cut everything down to a pixie cut. If you go to this salon, do NOT sit in the black lady's chair.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my eyebrows waxed and the only reason I came here was because I had no time to go anywhere else. She absolutely butchered my eyebrows. They are so so thin. When I told her they’ve never been this thin before I started crying and I was visibly upset. She said “well they’ll grow out in two weeks” I’m literally getting married in two weeks and they’re going to look terrible. DO NOT GO TO A HAIR SALON THAT ALSO SELLS TIRES IN THE SAME BUILDING

They can't do fades right or haircut right. I asked before hand if they can do fades the hair stylists said She was able to but all of a sodden what size she asked. I was like fades don't use size . the fade was all messed up. Finally I got home I looked at top the faux hawk was messed up too.
