Man they saved me 50 bucks without having to use my pro points. I got a Husky rolling toolbox which I am desperately needing for work in the worst way possible. I'm hauling my tools around in a couple of duffle bags it's killing my back and looking very unorganized and not like a pro. Had to get a couple of other things that were a nesesity for my job and was short on cash. I turned to put the box back hopefully to get at a later date when the pro ref at the checkout threw in the orange flag. She blew the whistle on saving me 50 bucks at the self checkout just by filling out an application for my new Home Depot card. Thank you guys so much. Fro my buisness, from my customers, and from the bottom of my heart and lower back, me. You guys rock

This store cannot seem to get it's information straight with the website. Countless times I have searched for products online, and the website says 'in stock at your store in Greenville, TX' -- only to drive to the store and find the items are not there. Whether the items are lost or shelved incorrectly or just 'in the back' I do not know. And of course, the employees are not willing to search anywhere else in the store than the shelf where the item is supposed to be located. I think the website saying items are in stock is just a scam to get people in the store - not cool!!!

I would not recommend them for flooring installations. They use the similar tactic car dealerships use in advertising. The quote came out a lot higher than we expected. The ads say that installation labor was $2.50 / sq ft but they upped it to $3.00. The ad said they would move up to six pieces of furniture free but they charge $25 per appliance. In the bathrooms, they charge one fee to remove the toilets but then charge a higher fee to reinstall them. Oh, and there was a $99 delivery fee added that was not mentioned. By the time they added all of the hidden fees, the cost of the project was around 40% higher than what we had hoped. They don’t do free measurements so we lost $35 when we had to walk away. It is the old bait and switch tactic.

Terrible customer service. Home depot did not install an item I purchased and said free installation. I called and the manager over installation and he told me it could be installed and apologized. He promised me I would be called Monday and they would get this figured out. Of course no call, I'm disgusted of people and businesses that don't care at all about their customers... Go somewhere else.

Hard to find associates. Their lumber department was extremely shopped and in a state of disarray. Hard to find product I needed. Garden center looked good with plants.

Not very happy with them. I placed a order to be gotten together at the store to pick up at once and they first lost the order then piece it out to me over a three and a half weeks, and it's a 60 mile round trip to get there. None of the emails matched what was at the store ready for pickup. Then things that were to be shipped was sent to the store. They need to get it together and do better.

I have never received customer service as outstanding as at this Home Depot location. Carrie and her team went above and beyond to help me out, I am forever grateful to them! Best Home Depot I have ever been to, thank you all so much!

No one helped me when I visited. I looked for someone to help could not find anyone around to help with my questions. The store looked to e very disorganized and unclean. Didn't hva what I needed had to go to another big box store. I felt very disappointed in the this store. We own a landscaping company and need to purchase many items at different time and need to be able to grab what we need as fast as possible...

The employees here made me feel like I wasn't even there! It was around 8pm store closes at 8, my daughter and I stood in front of the customer service desk for quite some time while two of home depot's finest stood around and chatted like there wasn't a care in the world. We finally gave up and asked a cashier to call someone over to help. (she was a doll) luckily a manager happened to be close by to process my returns (also a doll. Very professional) I think they should have a clean up in isle, customer service desk..right away

Had a very difficult time finding what I needed at the local hardware store & when I did, the price was high compared to online pricing. Decided to check online with Home Depot. Found what I needed quickly & had a large choice to choose from with reasonable pricing. I went to the closest store & found exactly what I had seen online. I will shop there again for sure.
