The Greenville Texas store is the most unfriendly TSC. I was there today for a specific item. I walked around the store and passed by four different employees. None of the employees greeted me. I managed aTSC store from 1977 to 1989. Every person was greeted in my store.

I do like Tractor Supply, but the new Greenville location has only one entry and exit into dangerous traffic condition. Not look forward to the accidents that will happen. I would think the city would have required a safer road design.

My husband and I went yesterday to pick up an online order and the people who worked there looked anything but helpful. There was a young brunette standing in the garden center as soon as she saw me and my husband walk up, she immediately pointed her head to the ground and didn’t greet us, acknowledge us, nothing. I said “well I guess no one wants to help us” So we proceeded inside to the register up front where we talked to a woman with glasses (unsure of her name) and she was SO HELPFUL and very apologetic to the lack of customer service that we did not receive outside. She helped us and told us where to go to pick up our online order. We went back to the garden center where we met someone else at the register. I asked “are you with curbside pickup?” She said “no I’m Amy” with a very rude attitude. My husband then told her we’re here to pick up an online order, then she “helped” to say the least…. We were very excited to see the new location and to visit the new location but quite honestly I am very disappointed in the customer service that we received. I did want to praise on the woman up front running the register like I said unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was very sweet and very apologetic for the lack of service and help that we did not receive from the outside people. It is hard for me to say if we will be back to this location because that was a very big disappointment.

Ever since the relocation to the new store the feed inventory is slim to none. The standard answer is “we have a truck coming in today”. I’m gonna have to find a more reliable source cuz the Animals don’t care; they just want food.

So i call to get some cattle pannels. Caleb say yes we havw plenty of green label panels 20.99. Drive 30 minutes, get some feed and 10 panels. Get it all loaded and look at the receipts and the charger 25.99..employee says 20.99. Label say on panel says 24.99. They charged 25.99. Thanks for wasting my time.
