Rude Pharmacy staff, half of them belong at McDonald's but probably won't even cut it there. Send your scripts elsewhere, you were warned! They will always short/give more on pill count by 1 day, please be careful, someone needs to report these clowns.

Terrible service… they are so rude and unhappy. Unbelievable! Plus the prescriptions are never ready and after 20 minutes on the line, they ask you to come back in half an hour 🤷♀️

Awful awful pharmacy. Always have to wait. Don’t even think of getting there at 1:30-2 pm. They CLOSE for lunch. Like really they close. What pharmacy does this??? The worst. Yorktown Heights please build another pharmacy. Please!

Seriously, the lady at the pharmacy is extremely rude, she hang up the phone while I was still talking! I am not calling to have fun I just needed to ask if my prescription is in! Seriously you have to hire people who are polite and know how to answer questions…. Shame on you

Awful. Always extremely crowded. You have to be in close contact with unmasked idiot customers when corralled on line. Slow, confusion and disorganization at pharmacy. Once they spent 15 minutes looking for my medicine while I was there another time they told me to leave and come back. App is hard to use. I wanted to change the contact information for my prescription but they couldn’t do that when I was picking up my medicine and instead they told me I would have to go wait on a separate long line.

One star because zero is not an option. Every engagement with the pharmacy had multiple errors (e.g., insurance, medication, pill count etc.) This pharmacy should be audited. The only joy John the pharmacist seems to take out of his day is to yell at customers about how busy they are.

This is an absolute garbage pharmacy. The last five years in particular. Every time I try to get my prescriptions, they give me excuses as to why I can't get my meds. Or that they can only give me ten days at a time, and when I go to get my next ten day supply, I'm told I can't get it. I'm so tired of fighting to get the medication I need to physically get out of bed in the morning. Do better for those who need it.

Absolutely disgusting… I recently moved here and went to this CVS twice to refill my prescriptions. Every time there was a problem. The pharmacy staff was NOT helpful. Their only objective was to get rid of me. No one knew what was going on. They told me I didn’t have refills (which I did), then after waiting for 30 minutes it turned out no one even started on the refills, then finally when I reminded them that I was still there they said the item wasn’t in stock!!! The staff was so rude and nasty. The pharmacist yelled at me when I was simply trying to figure out why the coupon I always use in other CVS locations didn’t work this time. They wasted half of my day and I still don’t have what I came for, which is a medication I literally need to survive (I’m a diabetic). I tried calling them and the lady got annoyed with me because she had to do her job… put me on hold and pretended I wasn’t there. I’ve never seen anything like this to be honest. Just complete incompetence coupled with a nasty and unprofessional attitude. Never coming back here again, don’t even mind driving farther away, as long as I don’t have to deal with any of the pharmacy staff ever again. What a shame CVS.

There's a sign saying walk ins are accepted for COVID-19 vaccine and when I got there the pharmacist took one look at me and turned me away. Saying I should make an appointment. I showed him the sign and he shrugged and said they only do vaccines for people who has an appointment. He had very poor customer service skills. He wouldn't even assist me to make an appointment saying I had to do it online. I just told him to remove the sign and left
