In the past I used to get loaded shopping nags here. Still finding good things, but not like before.

How does this store stay open? The selection of clothing is limited to say the least and the fashion choices are odd.

HORRIBLE experience with a very rude and clearly miserable employee (young girl, dark hair.) I get it, we all have bad days. BUT....she also left HALF of the security sensor on a kids sweatshirt that my 2 1/2 year old son put on later at home and it stabbed him!!! Not cool H&M. I will NEVER be back. I wish I could post photos of the sensor here. There was no option to do so.

Their new store doesn't not have as good of a selection as their former upstairs location and feels cramped. It feels like they're still trying to fit the same amount of stock in a much smaller storefront. The staff is not very friendly or helpeful. You're sort of on your own in this store. I asked for help locating an items and was pointed in three different directions that the item "might" be but they werent even sure they had. It was too much for the staff to walk to the front of the store to look for it.
