We are a "Boutique Gym" offering a variety of different yoga styles (including heated and non-heated classes), group cycling and fitness classes. (TRX, Cardio, Conditioning and more)! Our mission is to foster a community that empowers and supports each other to lead happier, healthier, more balanced lives through yoga, fitness and other wellness and mindfulness practices. We welcome all levels. No experience necessary. Our instructors will work with you to find modifications that suit you where you are. "Progression over perfection" is our mantra!
