I assume this is the same family that had the store years ago in Hamburg. We were sorry to see that location close but this one is actually nicer and the sauce is nearly as good as I remember. Given the volume of people inside I'd say most others agree. Well worth a visit.

In over 40 years of dining out this was the 1st time we Ended up leaving. We sat for 90 minutes before we got our soup and salads. We waited 20 minutes to get a broken leaky water glass replaced, as water leaked out on the table.slowly. After watching them focus all their energies and attention on take out orders, we finally had enough. The place was not even full and they had 5 or 6 waitresses running around hyper focused on take out orders. I can't blame the poor waitress. Whoever designed the system should be fired. You really can't expect your wait staff to act as hostess, waitrees, busperson, take out cashier and phone order taker all at the same time. The guy who makes pizzas needs a class in customer service. He thinks sticking 1 plate of chicken in front of me as I went to leave should satisfy a table of 6 people. My god lad it's a pizza place, 90 minutes for a side salad is the result of a very poorly designed system. I'm not going to trash the food because it was very good the one other time we ate their. So my suggestion would be to only order take out because the restaurant is very poorly ran. Unless you have 3 hours to kill eating dinner in a pizza place.

We were looking for a place we could take 2 dogs and a grumpy toddler for a late lunch. Their patio dining area was perfect! We had 2 servers (shift change) and they were both great. The food was good and reasonably priced.

This was our first time here at this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and the atmosphere was nice

Visited 4/24/2022. My wife had a chicken Caesar salad and got violently ill shortly after. The problems started from the beginning. Walked in and the sign said seat yourselves. So we sat down. Waitress waited on the table next to us and ignored us for 20 mins. My wife walked up to the counter and asked do we need to check in? Lady at the counter said no remain in your seat and a waitress will be there shortly. Rude and food is sub par at best. Never again waster of $40.00. Not to mention salmonella.

This place has fabulous food. My husband and I both had the veal marsala and it was amazing. Their portions are large and food was made fresh. It does get busy and it is a small indoor seating area, so if you don't like a wait... Visit on an off day. We went on Friday evening. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of how long we waited to be seated. Like I said, it was busy because it is popular and delicious.

Since I moved here from New Jersey, I don't find many places that I would order fancy dishes from in the skook. But this place is a must visit- everything is always fresh and delicious. Get the chicken francaise!

Atmosphere was super cute and cozy. Hostesses and the waitress we had were nice. The lunch specials were really well priced. Their Buffalo chicken sub on the lunch special was really good. Outside of the lunch specials, though - it seemed like they might be a little pricier than I was expecting, but we got a good value for what was offered and we left happy.

An amazing place in Orwigsburg, PA. Stopped here for lunch and it was the best ever. The lasagna was perfect and the sauce out of this world! Make sure you purchase their homemade sauce. You will love it❤️our server was amazing. We will be back soon👍
