Nice sandwiches with freshly baked bread. The summer Thai wrap was excellent, though they must have run out of the shedded carrots. Nice outside dining spot on a pond (though a little green). The sandwiches were great, but would have been nice if they gave us napkins.

GREAT place...super clean (eating areas, bathroom, etc.)...and a great, upbeat staff! When I stopped in (I'm from Florida - in town for business), I was politely greeted by the cashier/sandwich maker, Parker. He (along with his colleagues Liam and Jadon) was very friendly and professional! To the owners of this J.J. shop, please recognize these three employees for their hard work and nice customer service! Thank you!

I probably order from here 2 times a week. If you're looking for fancy, look elsewhere: JJ's subs are simple, fresh ingredients on the BEST sub rolls out there! I always get the Giant Turkey Tom, with cheese and no tomato - and that's exactly what you get. I don't like "sloppy, spilling-over" subs...these have just the right amounts of delicious turkey, provolone cheese, crisp shredded lettuce and mayo; and for me, a sub isn't a sub without onions! Quite simply, I find their subs delicious. Every ingredient compliment's the others in quantity and taste. That makes for a great-tasting sub sandwich. So, with my frequent orders, these guys are becoming a bad habit! Their delivery people are always quick and courteous. If there's going to be a delay because the bread is being baked (yes, they bake their own rolls!), they tell me when I place the order. Oh, and REAL deli-type pickles. My only complaint is they close too early!!

They are lucky to get 1 star. The sandwich literally had 1 slice of meat on it and hardly any toppings I asked for a good size amount. I should have taken pictures for proof. Was charged 10.90 and I asked for my money back the employee just wanted to argue with me instead of making it right. I'm surprised this company is still in business! Subway 10 times better hands down! Will never go to Jimmy John's again!!

We had never tried Jimmy Johns, I don't know of one in the area. Fast, polite, and my sandwich was excellent. Roast turkey with herb aioli, picked red onions with lettuce and tomato. Not the cheapest meal PKG, but nothing is lately Clean bathrooms with novel entertainment.

I am staying at a hotel next to the Jimmy John's. I would have walked over to get my order but it was raining, so I ordered online. I put in the instructions to please deliver to my room. When my order arrived the delivery boy called and said he can't deliver to the room and he will leave at the front desk. When he said he was leaving at the front desk he wasn't lying. It was laying right on top of the counter and the guy checking in was literally looking in my bag. I said I believe that is my order. He jumped back when I said something. That is the reason I want it delivered to my room. If you are using this Jimmy John's I would tip the least amount possible. These delivery boys can care less if you get your order.

Ever since I was pregnant (10 years ago) Jimmy John's has been my lifeline. Now, with my father having chemotherapy right down the road, once again I'm heavily leaning on this particular location. I'm so glad it is open again! For starters, this place is spotless! On top if the wonderful aroma of fresh bread, I can smell the clean. Definitely a relief when my germ radar is off the charts! I love that this franchise is family owned and operated. Owners are there working daily along side employees who are polite and courteous. I feel good supporting a local business and good people. Yes, I love JJ's, but not all locations are created equal. This location and the Cicero location use super fresh ingredients (no soggy lettuce, warm cheese or old avo spread in site!) making the very best sandwiches possible. Running low on time, the drive through is an extra bonus. It's quick and easy! Jimmy John's East Syracuse- I'm so glad to have you back!

Sub was good but for the price I paid it should have had more meat and veggies as it looked like nothing was on it at all. Also the bread was kinda hard. And for a large sub it deff looked like a 6 inch from subway deff not worth the money I spent.

Last week, me and a few coworkers placed an order for lunch for four subs. One country club, and one Vito with no tomatoes among others. We get back to the office and country club ended up being the Italian night club and the Vito said no onion, not no tomatoe and had tomatoes on it. We called and they told me either we pick it up or get a credit. We had no one else to run back to get the subs since we did it on our lunch break. So we took the credit but two of my coworkers were out subs. Then we notice that the one that was marked no onion had a giant glob of onions at the butt end of the sub, which is just gross. Today 7/6 we called to use the credit towards our lunch. They told us we used the credit when no one had gone or called there to use it. Then on top of that they only would give us a credit of $10 to match two subs? Not $16 like the two subs cost that my coworkers were out on? They argued with us about it and while my manager was taking to the girl she put her on hold without even telling her she was going to. The manager said all she would do was the $10 credit. So I drove down to take care of this in person, looking to get the two subs that were messed up and couldn’t be eaten comped. The manager instead of talking to me kept rolling her eyes and wasn’t even paying attention to me. She refused to take care of me and kept ignoring me while making subs. When she had three other employees who could have done it. We took the stupid credit of $10 since that’s all this manager would comp us for. I called corporate today to file a complaint. When I worked for Jimmy John’s a few years ago and we made mistakes I would comp the WHOLE sun not just a portion. I get back to the office and open our subs to find that the bread was hard. There was barely any lettuce and almost no meat. But the little bit of it was smushed inside the middle. They gave us roast beef that was inedible since it was hard and lettuce was brown. They never know how to clean their tea machines either. The absolute WORST service I ever received and the subs were almost inedible. Abby should not be a manager if she can’t even talk to her customers who have issues and basically have the poor cashier lady deal with it. I expect to have the franchise owner call me or I will be calling corporate again.
