The food was fresh very good I have no complaints I've gone to other McDonald's and the food was disgusting cold nasty you might as well take your money rip it up and throw it in the garbage when you go to a place like that but this one it was good

I work early in the morning and part of my morning routine that starts my day right is going to McDonald’s on Albany ave in Kingston NY. I come here at least 3 times a week around 5:15AM. However lately for some reason they ignore me when I come to the window. I have come on Friday and Thursday and Friday last week.The hours state 5AM mon-fri, and like I said I come here multiple times a week and it’s always open at 5. The worst was a few weeks ago when I’m waiting to get my order taken and ignored. I drive away and look inside and see people in there working. Change the hours to reflect reality or be open consistently. But after 3 trips of wasting gas I’m not coming here again

I don't remember going here. Perhaps I experienced a blanking out episode, or was briefly possessed by some otherworldly (dare I say demonic?) creature, or hypnotized by some fancy new hypnotic brain-ray or mind control device, which, if true, I suspect McDonalds erected to brainwash people like me, who never go to McDonald's and never would unless sheer desperation gripped our terrified minds with the promise of starvation, into going there. I hope the food was good. Dear God let it have been good. Perhaps my possessed or hypnotized body just purchased a small fries, which I think I can deal emotionally with having eaten without my knowledge. I think. So I'll just pretend it was fries. Oh God let it have just been fries. And maybe a small milkshake.

As I know this is not really a reflection on the actual restaurant they can't help what their corporate office is put in place. But does the sandwiches that I received look like the sandwich from the picture not even close. This is what the land air and sea sandwich actually looks lit looks like from McDonald's it is 3 separate sandwiches that you pay $17 for and they expect you to put it together yourself when you get at home or bet there yet in your vehicle with a nice interior. That's exactly a sandwich I want to eat on the go not really. Highly do not recommend this sandwich it is complete and 100% false advertisement. And ridiculous to pay that amount of money for a sandwich that you have to assemble yourself.

Awful experience tonight waited outside for my food for almost 20 minutes! There was another customer before me waiting also, waiting longer I went inside and asked where my food was and I was still out there..the manager on duty said "oops the last customer took the wrong food." No she didn't.. you brought her out the wrong food, and then "the manager on duty" still saw me sitting there and did nothing.. Such terrible service. I live so close and am there weekly. They had a full staff and weren't very busy which is more frustrating..

Love the Coffee, but not luke warm, that was not stirred well like I always request. It is hit and miss, but the Staff are very friendly, yet appear to be overwhelmed, and understaffed. I always Tip them, at the drive through. Today I had to Park, and wait close to 10 minutes for a single cup of Coffee.

Absolutely terrible! We ate indoors and we were not given any of our drinks, the babies apple juice was missing. Neither of the two children's meals had their toy in the box. I was missing my straw. My sandwich which I ordered without mustard, has "no mustard" on the label but still had mustard on the sandwich! Wth! Glad I'm not allergic to it! This was my first time ever eating inside this place and never ever again!

Sweetest Red Headed Angel I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. She has such a compassionate caring heart and really blessed my day with her kindness and generosity. Especially when I am waiting around for my friend who's in the ER. Thank you ❤️
