As a small local business owner navigating the PPP process they have been amazing! Super helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We've been banking at another huge bank (not naming names) for years and our experience there through these tough times was terrible. We were strung along for weeks with email responses not even able to get our PPP application filled out, only to be eventually told they weren't accepting any more applications. We then opened our account at First National and they were on the ball immediately. They helped with every step of the process and genuinely cared about our outcome. They may be the single reason we're able to survive all of the shut downs due to covid-19. Thanks y'all!

Rude staff and manager. This is the only branch that I’ve had issues with. Told my employee that my signature is not on file (it is), I have their systems print out showing it is. When I called the employee insisted that it was not in their system (which it is) Called to check the account and discuss my issues with manager, call was dropped, I called right back and the employee told me she had stepped out??? I do A LOT of business with First National this was unacceptable!! All other branches have been awesome! Don’t go to this location!!!!

I have been using First National as my personal and business banking provider for several years now. The staff at this location are always pleasant and helpful. It really feels like a "small-town" bank. Robin and Sherry are very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They remember my name and even my family members. When one of the staff members made a small set-up error in my initial setup with my business, they were very quick to resolve and went above and beyond to make it right. Pros - Small bank feel, competitive rates, friendly and genuine staff, excellent mobile app Cons - None so far

"ZERO stars". Absolutely WORST bank I've ever been a member of! Deposited a PAYROLL check inside the Westgate branch on a Friday at approx. 12:30pm. Proceeded to use my debit card at local retailers. Was charged $ 222.00 in overdraft fees on 6 purchases!! Said purchases DIDN'T exceed my available balance. When I spoke with branch manager, her reply was, "My funds weren't available till the next day." ?????? NEVER in my life have I've ever had this happen at any other bank...EVER!!! HORRIBE, HORRIBLE!!!! Good -bye FNB! Hope you all choke on the $222.00 you stole from me. WILL tell EVERYONE I know about this also.
