I had the best experience at Porsche Southpoint. All vehicles were in better condition than I expected. Best of all, with Roy's tremendous help, I was able to choose the right car for me. Other staff also generously provided assistance, such as explaining vehicle features and options. If I had to change cars again, I would definitely go to Southpoint. Edwin was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He made the process seamless and simple. The car was in perfect condition and super clean. Finance also made the finance process simple and fast. The parts guys also made ordering floormats for my car easy and even had them shipped to my house. Manny did a great job explaining the car to me too. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back to buy another car from them in the future.

Edwin and Colleen have been a delight to work with. I have never worked with a dealership more accommodating and caring. There was an issue with the warranty listed on the website and what the car had, and Edwin went above and beyond to try and make it right. He was able to answer any questions I had at any time even after the dealership was closed and made sure to reach out to see if there's anything else we needed. Colleen did everything she can to get us the best rate. She was very easy to work with and constantly kept us updated on the status of the loan and the process. This was our first Porsche purchasing experience and we would love to do more business with them in the future.

I had been in the market for a Cayman GT4 and happened to visit Southpoint on a trip to North Carolina from out-of-state in March 2021. I spoke with Ian McNeill and asked if Southpoint had allocation, which they didn't at the time. However, to my surprise, Ian called me in mid-May with news that Southpoint had an allocation for a GT4. I immediately took the opportunity to place an order for the car. Fast forward several months of watching updates on the status of my car's build and shipment to the U.S. from Stuttgart, Germany. The car arrived at port in Jacksonville, FL and was ultimately placed on a hold because Porsche did not have EPA certification for 2022 models. A few weeks later, I also found out that Porsche had shipped some cars, including mine, without some components factory-installed to expedite delivery. However, the missing TPMS (tire pressure sensor) had not made it to the U.S., further delaying delivery. After a couple of months, the stars aligned and my car was on its way to Southpoint and Ian called to let me know I could take delivery soon! I made the trek back to NC and saw my amazing GT4 sitting in the showroom. It was surreal. The delivery and financing processes went smoothly with no unexpectedly issues. Upon delivery, I noticed my car was missing an option that I had included in the build, which was Apply Carplay. Southpoint assured me that they would take care of it, and sure enough they did. Apply Carplay was installed once the parts required were received from Porsche. I have to say that the tech seemed to take extreme care in making sure that he was thorough and left the car in its original factory-like condition. I believe Southpoint, and particularly Ian, did a great job throughout the process. However, I do think that Porsche did not deliver a premium buying experience. The lack of updates from Porsche about the various delivery delays to the dealer and its customers was frustrating. The missing TPMS module and the missing Apple Carplay was disappointing and did not live up to my expectations for a brand like Porsche. The car is amazing. After completely the break-in period, it was time to go to the track. Wow.... it's incredible. Porsche's racing pedigree shines through and the on-track experience is exceptional. I would highly recommend that you contact Ian McNeill at Southpoint if you're in the marketing for a Porsche. Thanks to the Southpoint team for helping me make my dream car a reality.

Porsche Southpoint is the best. Roy is outstanding helping you with selecting the right car for you from beginning to end. His experience outshines other car dealer ships. I enjoyed learning about my car something I did not have with Leith Mercedes in Cary. No comparison Porsche and their employees are stars. Seth Bridges in the parts department is truly dedicated to helping customers by taking extra steps and elevating customer service to it's highest level. Seth took care of my order and then delivered the parts to my residence on a Sunday, unbelievable!! He went above and beyond doing his job. His over-the-top effort is rarely seen today and his attitude will only propel him higher at anything he does. Porsche Southpoint you have an incredible talent in your parts department. With the low inventory shortage it has been very tough finding a car the past few weeks. Ian and Gary never gave up finding me the perfect car that fit my budget needs. They did extensive searches throughout their network and followed up making sure they took care of me. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their friendship that they gave me. I have bought several cars from Porchse Southpoint. Once I purchased a car at there, I could not even think about going back to a traditional dealership. Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. Eddie even invited us to their Christmas party.
