We purchased a new 2022 Volkswagen Jetta this week from VW Sport Durst Mazda of Goldsboro. We couldn't have been more happy with the entire experience! My daughter and I were in search of a small car with good gas mileage. We decided to see what Sport Durst had to offer. Russell worked and got us a great deal. If you are looking for a car and a deal; I highly recommend Sport Durst. If you go there ask for Russell. My daughter loves her Hyundai.

I will not use SportDurst Jeep service ever again, if it was the last Jeep Service Center on this earth. I would have it serviced at a GM OR Ford dealership first. I took it in to have my A/C system charged after having all new AC SYSTEM PARTS INSTALLED. GOT A CALL TO SAY IT WAS READY FOR PICK-up. Got there and was told he overlooked the notes that were highlighted that they could not put Freon because of a blockage in the system. Mind you it’s all new parts. So the person who met me said he thought he knew what was wrong and would work with the techs to get it fixed. This was on Monday. No one called me Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. When I finally talked to someone Thursday at 6:00pm they said they said they could not repair it because they don’t see vehicles the age of my Jeep (1991). I had asked them before bringing it in if they could work on my 1991 Jeep and they said they could-no problem. So, They charged me $153.00 for nothing. I want my money back. Thanks. William G smith

My car buying experience with them was smooth. No complaints with that process. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson in October. Upon driving my car I realized there was a peel in my tint. But getting a hold of service lately has been an extreme pain. I called to get it fixed in December. Was told to bring it in and I dropped it off, then was called to say that the person in charge of doing tint wasn’t in office and they would call me back in the following week. That was in December. It is now May, and I have attempted to call them once a week to get something scheduled to no avail. I’m always left to leave a voicemail and never get my calls returned. I am trying to be patient, especially with such a simple fix…but this is ridiculous.

Worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. Dealership initially responded quick, but that was pretty much the last I heard from them. I live more than an hour away so was hoping to do a lot of the leg work by phone or email, but after several calls without actually talking to a sales person, being told to leave a voice mail, or with the empty promises of being called back, I was finally told that they were too busy to deal with a customer over the phone and if I wanted to talk to someone I would have to physically go to the dealership... So I made the drive and I have to say, when it was my turn to talk to a sales person, Nick D., he was very nice, but the overall lack of concern for a potential customer is very curious and surprising to say the least. I bought a new car the next week and I did it all over the phone and email in less than 30mins, I have five times that just attempting to buy a car from Sport Durst Hyundai. I buy a new car about every other year and I don't know who I will buy a car from next, but I know that I won't waste my time with Sport Durst Hyundai.

Friendly service staff but left feeling incredibly deceived and disappointed. Made a service appt online for an oil change and multi-point inspection after a friend spoke highly of Sport Durst service centers. Service tech came back and provided me an update with numbers scribbled next to a few line items. My total was far higher than expected and included items with prices I hadn’t been made aware of before agreeing to the service. Not to mention, I ended up being there for 4hrs after being told I’d be out in 1-2hrs. Highly recommend finding another service center that doesn’t pray on customers expecting honest recommendations for their car. Won’t be returning.

I have contacted to purchase a new vehicle over a month ago. They were quick at contacting me to commit to a purchase of a vehicle I want, but has been so difficult to reach to have a discussion on how I can complete my purchase. They took credit card information to charge me reservation and have been ghosting me regarding an ETA. I would not want to work with this people who only focuses on their interest while disregarding buyers preferences and situation. I have even shared my frustrations over email and over the phone over a week ago, but have not had any attempts on making a resolution to my problem. Everyone is busy and if you don’t have the solution to my issue, be truthful and give me options. It has been such a horrible month since I decided to make that reservation for a posted vehicle that has been the “in transit” limbo. Avoid this dealership even if you want to buy a Hyundai. I like the product but this site has poor customer service acumen.

Let me tell y'all about Mr. Blake Middleton at Sport Durst Hyundai Service Center! This man is amazing, helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and oh so patient! My car broke down in Durham far away from my home. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealership for service which was Sport Durst. Found out that it was the ECU that needed to be replaced. Blake explained that it was covered by warranty and made arrangements for me to pick up a rental car while my car was being repaired. Unfortunately, the part was on back order thanks to COVID issues. It took 5 months to get the part. Now I knew this was no one's fault because there was a severe shortage of computer chips due to COVID. I did not expect to be without my car for so long. I also did not expect the patience A+ service and patience I received from Blake. I emailed and called him about once per week to get a status update and he showed nothing but compassion and understanding during my frustration. There were a few times that I had to come to the dealership to take care of things and even when Blake was not on site, he made sure I received exactly what I needed! When the day had finally come for me to pick up my car, I was out of town due to a family emergency. By the time I was able to pick up my car, the service center would not be open. Blake arranged for everything to be ready for me so that a sales associate could help me get my car. When I arrived to get my car, the sales associate that was assisting me did not seem very interested in helping. Thankfully Blake called me (ON HIS DAY OFF) and was able to explain exactly what I needed to the sales associate over speaker phone. I was able to get my car after 5 long months and leave the rental car at the dealership rather than having to return it to Hertz. A HUGE thanks to Blake for all of his help during this time. I could not have found better assistance anywhere else! Although Sport Durst Hyundai is quite distant from my home, I will be returning for any services my car may need, all thanks to Mr. Middleton. He made me feel like a friend rather than a customer and I will be forever thankful to him!
