I took my vehicle in to have the navigation system updated. The staff was very nice and they even washed my vehicle in edition to upgrading the navigation. There was a comfortable place to wait while the work was being done and they had refreshments and clean restrooms. I will do business there again. She has wonderful Customer Service skills and prepares for the needs of my appointment before I arrive (such as reserving a loaner & having it ready when I arrive when needed). Service was good and the free wash was even better…. HOWEVER while I was there I noticed that only certain customers get coupons … Mr. Wu said he gets them often… soo often he doesn’t get his oil changed until he gets one and I have never received a service coupon just a free wash coupon…. They also let who they want get loaners despite their policy… I overheard a conversation where the woman was getting an oil change and didn’t wanna wait and they put her in a loaner, it was a Saturday and they told her she could keep it till Monday. Yet when I reserved one and got maintenance done in the past I was given the hardest time and declined a loaner. That didn’t sit well with me. Service: General repairs & maintenance
