Went inside with a pnc credit card cash advance check and the teller told me he couldn't cash it cause it has too many numbers. Told him PNC is the one who sends the offer to me. Went to another PNC location and cashed it with no problems at all.

Have to agree with other reviews. This place is disgraceful. The appointment thing is a joke. I brought someone to open an account. Not a single custom in the place, but they are a "business branch" and work by appointment only. Even if you only need a new debit card printed. Was straight up told, every appointment is an hour whether it takes them 15 minutes or the full hour. So do your self a favor. Burn your money before giving yourself a headach at the sheer incompetence and disrespect for the customer you'll find here.

Go to a different bank, worst experience ever. And you better make an appointment as I was told we are like a doctor's office. Must have an appointment , and don't bother trying to stop payment they charge 36 dollars and then the Lexington law people still take out after being cancelled and the bank sees nothing suspicious of them taking 129.95 3x in a month and 64.95 2x in a day and then 19.95 one day. So do yourself a favor bank else where , customer service here and there 1800 number is worst then a 15 year old at a McDonald's.

This bank has been one disappointment followed by another. So many things require that you go in person, then you get there and they are too busy to handle all these in person transactions they require. "Do you have an appointment?" "Oh we are booked all afternoon, you'll have to come back tomorrow." "Did you try on-line or with our app, oh we put low limits on transactions, so yeah you have to do that here with our bankers...but they are busy."

This branch needs an “adult” that has customer service experience. Since the “adults” have gone the “kids” are in charge and we all know what happens..... The Lack of experience in talking with customers is very evident, in dealing with problems (my checks were not ordered) took an act of congress to get that mess cleared up. Looking for another bank.

If I could, I would give my experience today zero stars at the PNC Roxboro Rd.The manager does not care about customers at all, in fact he made me feel I was bothering him. He looked at me, knowing I'm waiting for him "Steve sent him a message that I was waiting" and never bothered to ask me what l needed.He told Steve to tell me to wait 5 minutes, so I waited until he was done talking to his boss in Victor's (the manager) office. Then he came out and instead of helping me , he started talking to one of the tellers, then instead of helping me (again) he went to his boss's office and kept talking, knowing I've been waiting by that time over 15 minutes. Which comes first, helping customers or chatting with other employees! He was acting presidential and important. In my view, he was neither. In fact he was so very unpleasant. I think he demonstrated how incapable he was. If he was up to what his position requires from him, he would've been able to help me. All he did is just passt me over to Jeanette (she was more than helpful). When I came to the branch, she was opened opening the branch and had a 9:00 am appointment. So Victor the manager just kept me wiring until she was available. I will never recommend Roxboro branch to anyone. If the head of the branch is this bad, I hate to think about the rest of the employees. The manager sets the tone of the whole place. If the employees see him ignoring customers, they will think, it must be OK to ignore customers too. Especially the manager did all that right in front of his boss called Mr. Hicks. Someons please say something to that manager and teach him how to be a responsible manager.

Worst customer service I've experienced at a bank. Went to get a document notarized and after 20 minutes of hemming and hawing they were confused with a simple notary block and I had to walk out.

This places can't even get a wire transfer set up correctly. The last time I did one successfully I was there for about two hours. The next time I went I was there for an hour and they couldn't get it done at all. I'll be switching my business account to another bank very soon.

No issues with the bank, but this locations hours has changed and needs to be updated. As of June 2016 on Saturday they are open until 12:00pm, not 1:00pm. Had to take one for the team and learn the hard way. Hopefully this saves someone else some aggregation.
