I went to burger King on ulster Ave tonight I had a order over $30 my order was supposed to have a #12 a #1 another order of chicken fries and 3 8pc nuggets first I asked for sweet and sour sauce and got none. I didn't get my 1 order of chicken fries and only got 2 orders of nuggets not 3. So it was missing sweet and sour sauce an 8piece nuggets and a chicken fries. And I live near Woodstock so wasn't coming all the way back. So I called and started explaining the issue and they hung up. I am livid. Don't go there!!!

Ordered beyond meat burgers, not a whole lot of flavor. They should be flame broiler just like the whopper.

All I ordered was an order of onion rings... After 15 minutes and watching people get food, I asked for my money back and left!

This would be a five star review but this location for some reason always forgets to put the sauce packets in the bag. The soda machine needs servicing. IE new bag of coke syrup!

I ordered double whopper from them I spent the following 2 days in the restroom ...not to mention the stomach pain...!

Same as any other burger King except for the fact the staff closes the store at 11:30 instead of 12:00 as the website and chain says it does. I understand employees don't want to stay late but it's not acceptable to routinely if not daily close your business earlier than the posted hours merely because it's more ideal for the staff and or manager / assistant manger. 1 star due to this particular crew refusing to stay open to their posted and advertised hours.

Came through this place tonight. Very simple order only 3 items. Still screwed it up. You Will see a lot of bad reviews from this location. Don’t waste your time go to BK on Broadway. They actually listen to you take their time and make your order correctly. So either the chick in drive through can’t listen because drama and gossip is more important than working. Or the people in the back can’t read simple instructions. I think it’s just a bunch of young punk kids that don’t care about work. Broadway BK more adults who take the job serious.

They usually are great service and get my order correct, though tonight I went and got an impossible whopper no cheese no Mayo and I ate the first bite and thought it tasted off, my partner compared his real burger it was the same, they gave me a real burger ( I’ve had the impossible many time from here ) I haven’t eaten any meat in 5 years due to diet issue, currently feeling sick off one bite. They gave no receipt so couldn’t do anything about, the impossible is expensive too 🙄

As much as I would like to rate higher. And I wish my review is better. I just simply cannot I ordered their sourdough sausage breakfast sandwich the morning and when I on did the rapper there was a piece of lettuce in the wrapper. No I don't know about you but what is doesn't belong with breakfast so yeah is the establishment really clean. O and there is a picture to prove it. Not only drop but the bread was not toasted and this is the 2nd time I've had a sourdough sandwich where the bread was not toasted on the outside. Total thumbs down for me.
