Just got back from Jersey, and had a big problem heading in .. The disk breaks went out on me on the Highway...luckily I was able to control the Van, and used the E.B. on the floor... O'Reilly got me the stuff I needed... but I had to work on it myself..😆 🤣

Great stock of tools when u cant finish without a certain socket or extension. Knowledgeable staff and a system that can quickly order any part they dont have in stock by next day in many cases. No charge untill u come to pick up ordered parts

Very good customer service! I visited this place on New Years Eve after driving from Macon and back to Alabama. My check engine light came on and thankfully this place was open. The one guy at the desk seemed more than willing to help me and did the diagnostic check for me and gave me the result. He assured me that i would make it the two hrs back to Alabama, saying that his car had the same problems as mine in the past. He also recommended gas treatment and stuff. It means a lot when you have staff that want to be at work and who are really sincere and genuine. I wish i had the receipt with his name. He is a slim white guy with glasses. I appreciate his kindness. I made it back like he said I would!

I was told that I could not simply replace a burned out bulb in the taillight of my car, but that a whole assembly replacement was required. Manager of the store huffed and puffed as I requested she confirm the failed light on the car parked outside. I started the car, and pressed the brakes. She confirmed the left brake light was out, and that it requires full assembly replacement. After consultation with more knowledgeable sources than those employed here, I learned that this was not required. I cancelled the order for the assembly and purchased the 7440 bulb. They tried to withhold the freight charge, despite the purchase being predicated on their bad consultation. Contacted HQ to get a refund of the freight charge. First option was a gift card, which is not actually a refund, but a further insult, as the store loses no money on their mistake. Second option was a cash refund, which is the only true refund. This was not the first incident at this location, but it will be my last. The managers of the store invariably have bad attitudes, berate employees, express contempt for customers, are loathe to do their jobs, and are of such low character that they will take advantage of you so far as to construe a $10 problem as a $200 problem. A grand garbage dump of a parts store. Avoid at all costs.

This store has some of the most helpful employees. Everytime I'm having trouble finding something, and employee is always there willing to help! Asst manager amber is definitely the hardest working employee at the store. Prices are great and services is beyond amazing!.

I had to run over there and get some oil for my car in my father's car right before he went to work so I walked in and walked out. However I used the website to match my oil before I left and it told me the wrong one so I get back and it's not the right one. I then called the store and talk to them eventually about it try call customer service they didn't mention any hours so I call the store back to find out the customer service hours and in the middle of me trying to ask what the customer service phone number was to make sure I had the right number he hung up. I called right back and then he was talking about how he had a customer and wanted to put me on hold. I just wanted to confirm the number because customer service only says this extension cannot be reached. So anyways I called back and said hey man you hung up on me I'm trying to confirm that customer service number and he's like Oh I thought you was done and he's like you hung up on me numerous times today and I'm like no I asked you a question you ain't gave me the answers I needed I didn't hang up on you in the middle of you talking like you did me. Then he claims that I came into the store being hostile which is a complete fabrication. I came in he asked me how I was doing I said all right and I went and got what I needed, paid, and I left.I I did not have any time for him to look things up or anything. I barely had enough time to look it up online myself. So now I'm sitting here having anxiety because somebody is completely manufacturing something that did not happen. The store manager is Jason and that's who it was. The old management team was great but this new management team just seems off. I'm an autistic individual I haven't been able to sleep well all night on the way to the store using my dad's vehicle somebody cut me off and went in front of me, then the guy wants to hang up on me in the middle of me talking, then he wants to fabricate a story and somebody is supposed to keep their cool when they have a Developmental and disability and other mental health issues? You think it's okay to be confrontational with that customer and fabricate stories and be rude to that customer because you assume the customer was being rude to you? No that's not how costumer service works. I have had customers throw groceries at me because the store wouldn't price match, I've had a customer throw his Canadian currency at me whenever my manager told me I wasn't allowed to accept it. I remain professional and polite even though I have behavioral health issues and developmental disabilities. You can ask anybody else that works there and they won't have anything bad to say about me. The customer service phone line needs to mention their operation hours instead of just saying this extension cannot be reached. It made me think I had the wrong number.
