Was in Plumbing aisle w/brother in need of steel wrapped lines. Store Associate Jim came along and worked with us. He listened, and was helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable! We purchased what we needed at Self Check-Out! Associates nearby were very friendly! At home, what we bought resolved issue easily! Great experience!

As good as always. They typically have what I need, checkout is better than the other store, and you can search inventory online before going. Big time saver!

Home Depot is having a problem making their aisle clear of merchandise. It is becoming difficult walking up and the aisles. Not sure if it is too much inventory or no one to put it away.

I am not happy with the Vehicle Rental service at this location. First, I asked the AM associate about the time and prices and the options. Either he didn't know what they were or he misguided me. He failed to mentioned what is printed on the card concerning the rates and time even though I inquired. I discovered after I returning the truck and asking another associate about the price structure. He showed me the card. I told him this would have been very helpful to have known this especially after inquired about the fees in the AM. Future customers ask for the detailed price card when renting a vehicle to make sure you are getting the best value. The other issue is concerning the gash at the top of the box truck. I pointed it out during the walk through. Apparently, the associate in the AM was aware of it. And halfheartedly admitted to maybe doing it. I felt had I not saw that I would have been made responsible for it. The whole situation left me deflated and skeptical of his behavior. Caveat emptor…

Wide selection. Usually not crowded. Help is generally hard to find and often not very knowledgeable. I have been getting much better service at local hardware stores, making HD my second destination for supplies rather than the first.

I wasn't very happy with this Home Depot. I had an employee cut me off and didn't even excused himself. The employee that was waiting on me must have been in a miserable mood I was renting a tool and he would not check out my purchase.

Dan in the lumber section was the most helpful employee I ever had at Home Depot in king of Prussia and I go to Home Depot a lot. He helped me cut the quarter round I needed and went above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful.

It's a Home Depot people, c'mon. We've all been to them in every state and it would be hard to live without them. This location is very busy, no surprise but I have never had a negative experience at the KOP store and have always been able to find what I needed fairly quickly. Like any line of work, there are some bad apples in every bunch and some of the young kids Home Depot hires leave a lot to be desired. I do have a story from two weeks ago when i was there for some supplies one afternoon. I was talking to an older male employee about a product and at the other end of the isle was a teenage girl stocking some small items and she let rip the loudest and longest burp in full view of dozens of other people and it was hysterically shocking that something so loud could come out of such a small girl! She just kept right on doing her thing and after a brief pause, the employee I was talking to, recovered from shock and we continued talking. I laughed the rest of the day.

Currently Home Depot has a pretty great selection of affordable appliance combos. I really do enjoy going to different stores, because they all gove you a vastly different experience. From the organization and tidyness to the way the associates treat you every store is completely different.

nice store, i went it for rugs but couldnt find any latest designs. quite old. the staff was good but rest of the things felt pricey when compared to other stores. so watch out and compare before you buy something here.
