I just had Joel Jourdain help me at the Xfinity Store in King of Prussia he was awesome he did everything I needed and was quick and efficient I highly recommend his service

I was very disappointed in the service at the store. I had to call in to activate the account. I know how to call to speak with a supervisor as I was given false information. I am not one to write a review, but this has now effect with my service and finances.

I had the hardest time porting my sons number. It was a week of back and forth so.j finally went to the store..Syed was so helpful, listened to my issues and got it taken care of within 10 Minutes

I just had the best experience here. Walked in and told the nice young man that we needed a new remote because our dog ate ours. He made a joke and proceeded to give us a new remote and two extra’s just in case that happened again. That was it! In and out. Super fast service and the employee (whose name I’m sadly forgetting) made this a phenomenal experience.

Very bad customer service. Agent named Sadim Hall is extremely arrogant, doesn't even want to help. Comcast letting it's standard down by hiring these people

The woman that runs this place is named Angela Reyes. I could write a book on how horrible this woman was. We literally came here for a billing question and initially was told that we had two people in front of us. 45 minutes later we went to check in to see what was going on. The woman at the checkin counter informed is that we were next and that it should be about 5 minutes and the customer before us was wrapping up. 20 more minutes go by and we were greeted by Angela in a rude manor and she then tried to tell us that we now had two more people ahead of us. The other associate failed to tell us that there were appointments scheduled and then put us further back in the queue. She was nasty! As we attempted to inform her that we were told other wise she rolled her eyes and proceeded to help the person behind us as there was nothing she could do. Eventually someone came over to assist us. Brian Michalski is the gentleman that assisted us. At first he seemed like he could correct the issue. He even expressed that he felt confident in correcting the problem. Here is where the issue is, we sat there while he waited to chat with support. Long story short we weren’t getting to a solution that would workout for us so he decided he didn’t want to try anymore. I asked him if he could send a follow up email to the regional manager and he refused. While we sat here and wasted time he pretty much checked his emails and did what he wanted to do. Joke is on him because I have a recording of him refusing to do a simple requested task. I would highly advise against anyone coming here. The employees are terrible!

I have the premium package of cable, internet, and phone PLUS I also have the home burglary system with cameras. XFINITY IS THE BEST SERVICE TO HAVE! They have affordable service and helpful agents for technical support. They even offer payment arrangements for late/overdue bills. You can't beat this service!

Today I went to the store to return some equipment. I waited for over 40 minutes because there was not enough staffing. They did not acknowledge the long wait. Once I did get seen it took about two minutes to return the equipment. There surely must be a more efficient way to handle simple customer transactions. In addition I lost something today, and I was wondering if I left it at the store. I called the number listed for the store and it put me round and round with the automated voice system, never once giving me an option just to contact the store itself. I live a little farther away so it was very inconvenient to not be able to contact the store and check that my missing item was there. Previous to this experience I have had Xfinity for five years and have had varying degrees of success with customer service. When I was moving from Chicago to Memphis, I did not know my address yet. I asked what I should do about this and they told me I could place the account on vacation hold. However when I moved into my new apartment about three weeks later, they let me know that there would be a large fee to take the account off of vacation hold early because apparently there is a minimum amount of time that you can place your account in vacation hold. I was frustrated that the service member misled me and that I had to pay a fine without any wiggle room. When I moved from Memphis, I simply told them that I was moving somewhere that there was no Xfinity service because I did not want to deal with them anymore. I know a lot of big cable companies are like this but it is really frustrating and frankly I am sick of it. When/if I do get cable again, I’m definitely going somewhere else.

Beautiful new store with lots of options for purchasing, customer service and the latest Comcast offerings. This location has two self-serve kiosk for services like bill pay. You can also check out technology like xFi, Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity Home. The staff are knowledgeable of all things Xfinity and make the extra effort to make visitors feel welcome in the new store.
