If I could give negative stars this would be a -5 star review. Agent Ali had the customer service skill that I have ever ran into while renting from Budget. I was made to walk a really long way to pick of my car. This wasn't an issue at first. This became an issue for me when I returned the car today. The store was open and there was a man there that was being help by him. Ali picked this man's rental up and drove it over to him. I did ask him why I didn't get this same service. He did not answer my question. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or because of the color of my skin. The gentleman did happen to be white. I would also like to mention that he didn't lock the store up until I got there which just seemed strange. He was out there for a long time before coming in. Paul Borisov is the manager (Agency Operator) and apparently never available. The car I received was not only dirty, the volume of the vehicle didn't work properly. Please don't use this location especially if you are a minority woman.

I don't think I've ever had such a hassle renting or returning a car as I did with this trip with Budget. I purchased the insurance which cost me a whole lot and the car wasn't running right the last day and a half and the navigation popped up saying maintenance required please return to dealership, I contacted them and they told me to drive all the way through the center of the city of Philadelphia at night in a car that doesn't drive correct or I could rent it another day and drive it to a closer location 🙄 the car was nice in good shape clean but I will never ever rent from Budget again because of their horrible customer service.

Took my husband to Orlando for his birthday and rented a car from budget at the airport. This place a classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Made a noon reservation...arrived at 11:59..sign on door directed us to valet parking, which was on the other side of the hotel..by the time we arrived, no one was there and no one gave us a courtesy call.. We did try to call this morning to confirm reservation, but no one answered, so by way of no one being here at noon, they clearly weren't busy...I guess they just didn't want our business and don't value customer service...

Pre-paid and rented a car from them only to get a call hours later after making plans that they had no cars left even though my card was charged. The employee went on to tell me he had no idea what was happening with my refund and gave me a customer service line which led to a busy signal. I then called an alternate number found online and waited a half hour to get someone on the phone. What a nightmare, try a different company.

Final bill surprise because of unskilled unprofessional guy at the counter. I rented the car one way to New Jersey. Prior to picking up the car, I had been told the charge to be ~110$ but on drop off we had been charged ~160$. It my mistake I did not review the bill at the pick up, it was erroneous. Even after repeatedly told that i want to drop off in New Jersey, and even after proving the drop off location address, the guy generated wrong contact to have same drop off location. I had to call him back at the drop off to sort the issue. The guy lacked professionalism. Ended up spending close to an hour waiting in the entire process because of his lack of skill

Check your credit card statement after returning your rental. I was initially happy with the rental. They had a good selection of cars and are open on Sundays. But as others have pointed out, after returning the car with full tank of gas and no damage, I got an additional charge on my credit card.

great place to get a quick car rental, more expensive than enterprise rent a car, but the hold on your account is usually the amount of the rental or $200 which ever is more, while enterprise holds $400 regardless of the rental amount. There are fewer agents working there and they normally do not walk with you to the vehicle, especially if it is near closing and they have a lot of customers in line, therefore, you will have to go back in to report any damage you see. By and large, friendly workers who try their best to offer good customer service
