Don’t feel safe when you reserve that appointment. My wife had surgery this morning. We have a cavalier And we didn’t feel comfortable driving it that far. So we rented. We reserved it last week so it was 5 days in advance. We sceduled for 8 to 5 for one day. They called us at 8 to confirm and check if we are coming. We said yes, we are on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. They called us right before pulling in and hit us with a “our car has a recall and we have nothing else available. Good luck!”... and they said they didn’t have no trucks or anything else.... nothing. yea enterprise... ask me what I think about your service... I think you need to fire that Isaiah. I honestly think that kid gave it to someone else. Either way. Didn’t make the appointment. Next time I’m going through town hill auto

Reserved a car 5 days before I needed the vehicle for a surgery, Isaiah called me and confirmed my appointment Friday right after I booked it, he then called me the morning of my appointment to see if I was still coming, I said yes I was on the way, he called me right before I was pulling in and said they had a recall and no other vehicles to rent, I walked into the office and someone else said he rented it to someone else that showed up and needed a vehicle. He was very rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional about his job. He said cuss words and I have 2 small children. I missed my surgery as well due to all of this. Overall I’m just really upset with the service, after calling again under someone else’s name to rent a vehicle then they had some available? I just don’t understand because we called customer service and the lady said they still had vehicles to rent..

Absolutely terrible they have a rewards program that two years in a row I've rented a vehicle and still they have no record as far as rewards are concerned. I reserved a pick up truck online 3 weeks in advance. They call 4 hrs before I'm scheduled to pick up vehicle and tell me no pickup truck of course I'm going on a hunting trip so now I'm beat. So they give me a Ford escape I return it a day early and get charged for following day. I will never use this company again. Not too mention there is never anybody at the office location for you to talk to.

We were picked up at the Omni Bedford Resort in PA. Our consultant worked to make it work. Even though the branch had just opened up because of Covid-19 and he was running solo he was most accommodating. That branch only had two vehicles available and we rode home in a Pathfinder. Our local Carmel IN on 96th St. staff was also helpful in explaining how we could pick up a vehicle in PA. Thanks for making our trip home a safe one.

I have been renting from Enterprise for work for 13 years. Had a small dent in hood of car that needed reported. Person working at local office was rude, insensitive and actually at one point threatening in his behavior. Exactly what kind of customer service training are they using these days? Extremely disappointed. Thankful for my State Farm office who dealt with the claim so I could step away from the situation. Love State Farm.

We were told that we had a vehicle that would be available at 2pm to be picked up. We get there and there are NO available rentals. None....all of this after 2 days on the phone jumping through hoops. Our vacation had to be moved because of misinformation from this company. One star is too many.

I will never rent a car from them again! This was the most upsetting experience I have ever had. Esp after totalling my car! I was blamed for damage that was on the car when I rented it. I seen the damage on the car however it was never discussed to look for damages! Now they are going after my insurance company. Insane!!!

They left me stranded after having a reservation. I had the auto body shop tape my tail light until the part comes in. They also hung up on me. They told me it was a mistake in their reservation team. Hartford Ins. and I both reported it to corporate. If you use them triple check your reservation so you too don't get stranded. Very upset and will never use them. What if I would've been in a unsafe area or had a child with me or an scenario. VERY UPSET

They came to a collision center, picked me up and Drove back to their office. Quick form and on my way! Prompt, professional and genuinely nice people! Even though it was an insurance rental, they treated me very well! Enterprise is the ONLY PLACE that I would recommend, Period!!
