Love this Garage...they do wholesome work with quality service..just ask a question and they have the answers and if they don't..you are not going to wait long for an answer..I bring the parts for them..and they put them on..and they charge you appropriately...they are always reasonably priced.. Horrible customer service. My wife called ahead to see about getting a tire swapped on a rim already taken off of the vehicle. She was told when she called that she didn’t need to drop it off and that they would do it quick while she waited. When she stopped by she went in and she was told someone would be right out. After waiting in the vehicle for close to 45 mins she went in and asked if someone was coming out. She was told that everybody was busy, my wife said that’s fine I can just leave it can someone unload it it for me? (She is pregnant) The lady in the office told her that she didn’t have anybody available to get the tire. Almost the whole time she was there an employee was out side kissing and rubbing all over a GF or wife. Needless to say we won’t be doing business there and I will be telling all my friends that do business there many of them business owners that use them.

I had a flat, got enough air in it to make it to Dean’s. They got me fixed up within 15 minutes with a used tire they had. Mounted, balanced and checked out my other tires all for $15! Nice, friendly people who don’t rip you off anytime especially in an emergency! Good old Bedford County!

Ive been going to deans tire since i first started driving 15 years ago, They are fair and always the lowest price around i recommend them to everyone i know. Unlike other mechanics they wont rip you off!
