Excellent service, excellent work. Highly recommend. I only want 3 things from a auto repair shop. 1. Be honest, don't try to upsell me. 2. Do what you say when you are going to do it 3. Be available when I need to discuss my car and get a timely update. I brought my wife's MDX in for a software issue that I was unable to find a solution for online. They figured out the problem in one morning, was upfront with me on the costs, and completed the job when they said they would. Candace was EXCELLENT to deal with, always available via phone or text and very professional. I highly recommend this shop, they have fair pricing and were on point with every aspect of the repair job. Service: Computer diagnostics

We had a problem with our car not starting, and our regular garage couldn't look at it for at least a week. The folks at VJ Wood were so kind, and helpful, and we were able to get our car picked up, looked at, repaired, and back to us the very next day! Their prices are reasonable and the staff really go above and beyond what would even be expected for their customers. Highly recommend!!!! Service: Electrical repair

Highly recommended, I am new to the area as of 3/2/22. And everything that I was told about the service provided at V J Wood Service Center is exactly that. Awesome experience! From the very beginning there was a comfortable, warm, welcoming, vibe when it came to explaining my concerns for the vehicle. We were practically trouble shooting what the problem might be before the car was in the shop. The best part overall, is how Tim and Candice were able to get us(myself and wife)back on the road in no time. I would definitely see what they can do for you before trying anyone else. Especially, if you are just passing through the area. In my personal opinion. You will be pleased. Big Ray, and I approve this message.

This place is dishonest and shady. They lie to customers when their mechanics make any mistakes to save face, and refuse any responsibility when confronted about it. Better to find a different garage that’s honest for service.

I was having a problem with my Jeep and Candice and Tim were prompt in getting my Jeep in to be looked at, the very next day. Tim was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain to me, in detail what he believed, was happening with my Jeep. Tim also put on new brakes and rotors while he had my Jeep. Not only did Tim and Candice take the time to explain everything, they were prompt, courteous and their prices were very fair! Thank you Candice and Tim, I have found a great place and great people to entrust with my vehicle! Services: Brakes, Transmission

We broke down on I 78, five hours from home. You always hear how people are taken advantage of with breaking down in areas that you are not from. Well I will tell you that VJ Wood is only here to help you! VJ Wood towed us, gave us a ride. Tim immediately started assessing the problem with our Jeep, Candace immediately called around and got the parts needed. They kept us up to date on the situation. They stayed late to finish our Jeep so we could get home that night. They were friendly, caring and went above and beyond. We could not be more grateful to Tim and Candace owners of VJ Wood! !!! The mechanics are very professional and knowledgable. Also, I can’t forget about the shop manager she is great and easy to work with. I take all my vehicles to VJ Wood Service Center and they always go above and beyond. It’s reassuring knowing your vehicle is in good hands and the job gets done right.
