The negative, often grammatically incorrect reviews of this pharmacy are grossly inaccurate. I don’t doubt that, on occasion, a medication is out of stock or there’s a problem with insurance. However, neither are within the control of the pharmacists and staff. All the staff have been wonderful, helpful, and available to answer questions. So I ask those who’ve chosen to give them such poor reviews-How would you feel after 9 hours of fielding non-stop customer complaints? Being required to be the middleman between you and your insurance (yes, the insurance benefits that YOU’RE responsible to know)? Having to stay completely focused while dispensing medication to prevent any possibly deadly mistake? I think they do an OUTSTANDING job and thank them for all that they do.

Very disappointed by the customer service. At 1:27 they were closing the window on me for their “lunch.” I get it, they need to eat, but during flu season there should be more help. I was told they didn’t have Ceftin in stock and needed to be ordered. I asked if they could call the doc for a substitute and was told “After lunch!” Needless to say, I called and got the substitute. When they finally opened back up at 2:00, I was told another half an hour. When the medicine was finally ready, I paid and was told I needed a consultation! Jody came up and just read the bottle to me and asked if I had any questions. I said no, I can read the bottle. Every single person was rude and unprofessional!

5 years ago this pharmacy was great but it went downhill.. lately the people there have been very rude and they are very slow. I hand them a prescription and they say it'll take 20 minutes.. 1 HOUR LATER they tell me they need authorization from the Doctor to fill it. this seems to happen EVERY time I go there. I will no longer use this pharmacy. I went to CVS in Shoemakersville and the last 2 times I went there was no issue. they immediately filled my prescriptions and I was on my way

2 Different Prescriptions and they were OUT of both and had to order. Really on going prescriptions and they actually were out and had to order. Something seriously WRONG with this Pharmacy. I really will feel sorry if somebody goes here to get a prescription that keeps them from dying and they have to ORDER them. This is so Sad.

Walmart pharmacy is of cource inside walmart, I Have personally never had any problems with this place and actually I believe it's one of the finest walmart you can actually find. It may not be a super center so they don't carry as much stuff as you would expect but super centers should be like this walmart. It's clean, organized and the staff are friendly.
