Frauds! Do not use this store to set up a plan! Even though we asked for no insurance or upgrade plans they lied and added them anyway. Thanks to them AT&T was stealing $55 a month from us until we caught it - they assumed elders would not understand the bill and that they could pull a fast one for more comission.

The AT&T rep, Kamal, was personable, professional and knowledge. A winning combination. We had planned on purchasing a replacement iPhone for my husband, Kamal was able to resolve the issue! SO… I ended up purchasing a new iPhone 11 for myself. We were in and out in less than half an hour!

My only complaint is the same one I have for all stores. Need a restroom!!! Brett was on point !! His use of time impeccable!! He’s very knowledgeable, polite , and courteous. His personality was great his ability to talk to you on a level made you feel like a person equal to himself it’s quite refreshing going to a retail store for high-end technology equipment. I am usually not happy with service from these types of things but Brett had me laughing and feeling great about my visit !! His service is what should be examined and used for as training, spot on impeccable service and personality!! A lethal combination to your competitors this is something businesses should focus on customer satisfaction. Exactly why I’ve been an AT&T customer for around 20 years now

Never again will I go to this store. We went in to buy phones and informed the sales clerk 3 times that we did not want our phones on an installment plan. We were quoted a price and bought the phones. Another customer came in and closing time was near. He did not assist in transferring our info from old phones to new even though we asked as it became cumbersome for him. He checked us out quickly. When we got home I saw that both phones were on an installment plan. We went back the next day and paid full price for the phones as we were told there was nothing they could do. I sent an email to the owner of the store and never even received an acknowledgment that they received the message

This store is close to home and always friendly. Kamal was a great sales rep and super informative and patient. My wife and I had go-phones and he helped make the transition to "real" phones easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any phone questions or even suggestions about products or plans. He was very knowledgeable.

This is the best customer service experience I have had at an AT&T store to date. Cassie and Ed were very helpful on the phone after another store turned me away, refusing to transfer my data from my old phone to a new one I was looking to buy. Ed was happy to do so and got my sale. While there were complications with the transfer, they patiently waited with me and were very kind. Later I tried a different app that transferred my data better, but overall I have never run into a staff at an AT&T with better intentions to serve a customer well than these two. If you are looking for an experience where the employees treat you like a person they know and care about, go to this AT&T.
