It's clear that the employees there have no clue what they are doing. Also, the girl Manda that works there dropping F bombs left and right. Once she got our $700 for our new phones she moved on to help her friend so I had to attempt to set up the phones myself. Left to go to another Tmobile store. Horrible!!@

I don’t recommend sprint at all I’m a front line worker and now I can’t talk to my family because they fried my phone, the store also isn’t true to there word please don’t go to sprint. Sprint doesn’t even deserve a star I would recommend at&t!

The service itself would have been a little better if more than 2 people were working. They were doing the best they could but also joked around a lot and I was there a lot longer than I intended to be. I ended up leaving the store with exactly what I had went in for, but the timing could have been better.

The customer service was phenomenal! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and they did well upselling products and services (coming from a person that works in the service industry). Didn't need or want some of the stuff and they didn't push further. We spent a considerable amount of time getting everything sorted out but the team members made the wait fun and enjoyable. They all deserve raises in my eyes!!
