I was helped within 20 seconds of walking through the door. My request wasn't an easy one, and Alicia stuck through and got me what I wanted, was patient and kind the whole time, and very professional! I think she deserves a raise.

Saved me a very substantial amount of money on my wireless bill. Staff is very professional friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend going to them with all your wireless needs. The store manager Kassandra is absolutely wonderful!

My wife and I went to the Moon Township (Coraopolis) AT&T Store yesterday in the hope of replacing our much older cell phones. Our experience with Kasandra, the Manager, was OVER THE TOP in terms of customer service! She took her time with us, we each purchased a new cell phone and my wife purchased a couple of accessories. We VERY HIGHLY recommend the Moon Township (Coraopolis) location for anyone who wants AT&T Wireless as their service provider and location to purchase their cell phone.

Just was at the Moon Township store and had the best service I have ever received at this store. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the whole upgrading process easy and were very patient with me. Kudos to Kassandra, Ulisha and kayla!!!

I would actually give NO stars but it won't let me...I was at the store for over 3.5hrs!!!! Neither the Mgr nor the sales rep knew what they were doing nor how to complete my transaction! It was the worst cell phone experience I've ever had in over 30 years! I'm actually looking at other carriers as a result of this debacle.

This store is phenomenal. I only visit stores owned by MMS group because the customer service is always top tier. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the district manager a couple of times and she’s absolutely amazing! Always goes above and beyond. I recommend any of her locations to my friends and family. The store manager Kassie in Moon is wonderful too!!

This store, staff and manager saved me from leaving ATT services today!!! We spent three days with customer service on the phone and trying to talk to managers at a store in Jacksonville to help my son re-activate his line after he got back from a deployment and had zero competency and zero people willing to get something done. I was so mad but I walked into this store and the manager had it fixed in 5 minutes, updated our account to save us money and sold us 3 new phones because we were so pleased with their service and being willing to help us. Thank you for retaining us as customers! You won’t regret going here!! Kelsey and Chris!!

Chris and Kassie offered THE BEST customer service I have ever received in over 20 years of cell phone usage. In the future I will drive out of my way to go this store. No more ATT online or phone assistance. These two work incredibly well as a team and restored my faith in ATT service. They spent over 2 hours with us setting up our phones and accessories. During that time, I observed them assisting several other customers with patience and courtesy. Chris very calmly assisted an older customer that came in very frustrated. I was very impressed by their professionalism and kindness. GO TO THIS STORE. You will be glad you did

Highly recommend the Moon, PA area store if you are nearby. I needed to get my 80 year old mother set up with a new phone and the associates (Chris and Cassie) were very knowlegable, patient, and answered all of our questions in a way that my mother was able to understand. I live a long drive out of town, so it is a relief to know she has somewhere dependable to go if she has any problems with her service. I also appreciated the thorough information they provided regarding my options for changing our service plan.
