Got my sons meds and they were so nice and so quick about it. They always give him stickers and talk to him every time they see him. They always ask about him too. Everyone is super pleasant even when the store is about to close. Update: still happy with giant eagle.

We do part of our shopping here. They have some items you can't get at Aldi, and a better deli area than Wal-Mart. The store is always clean. We don't get everyday items here [milk, eggs, etc] on a regular basis due to the prices being higher than other stores. The Perks program is very nice for earning points and saving money on fuel at Get-Go....

5/8/22 3:14 pm Cashier lady at counter was arrogant and declined to correct the price for an item wrongly billed for higher price. Have been going there for 4 years now and never had bad experience like this. Back to Walmart!

Everything is way too overpriced. The Fresh seafood is fantastic but other than that, shop at Aldi or Walmart.

Easy to get out of pretty quickly if you're just buying a few things. Prices are higher here versus other stores. Fuelperks are a nice saving. Pharmacy can get busy at times. A lot of vegetarian and vegan products are available here.

The associates are always rude, i shop at this location only because is closed to my job and it's convenient to get what i need before i go home. Otherwise i wouldn't shop here.

Love this store, if I had to change one thing it would be the checkout. They don't have enough self checkouts and they don't usually have enough staff on registers. So maybe just more self checkouts like some of the other Giant Eagles. Update: had the sweetest experience with th3 checkout lady. Was so nice and communicative!

pricier than Aldi, but they have a better selection and better meats if I'm looking for something special. I hit Aldi first and GE second

I have been a Giant Eagle customer since I moved to this area 15 years ago. The Moon location used to be pretty scary 10 years ago or so, I used to go to a different location but since then it has shaped up to become a really great place. I prefer shopping at GE to all the other supermarkets in the area. It's not the least expensive but it seems to have the most grocery options, is clean and generally has shorter checkout wait times than other places, where there is a lot of focus on self-checkout. Convenient, but I'm shopping for two weeks at a time- I'm not scannning 100 items myself, sorry. GE always seems to have enough lanes open so maybe there's one person ahead in line, not five. I also like the food perks. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 Stars is the inconsistent enforcement of mask policy. I know the whole issue is a hot potato and store employees can't be the 'mask police', but if GE are going to post signs that says they 'strongly request visitors to wear a mask' then for the safety of the rule-following guests, please enforce it somehow or change the posted rules to reflect reality. I'm a 3x vaxxed person who wears a mask into Giant Eagle because the sign says to. It bothers me how so many other patrons flout the policy because of some entitled opinion about how safe they believe they are, personal freedoms, etc. That's on them for being ignorant about science and private property laws- but for Giant Eagle, it doesn't look good to have rules posted that give visitors a false sense of security on entering, when half the people inside aren't even following them.

Wonderful vegan selections .... Not just over by produce but throughout the entire store...
