I’ve rented with Budget before and never had an issue. This is absolutely the worst location to rent a truck from. Did not have any trucks available after receiving a confirmation number and nothing was done to help us figure out an alternative. Unpleasant and not helpful.

They staff were very kind and helpful! They didn't have the economy car I ordered, but upgraded us to a brand new Jeep instead! We loved it! I will definitely rent again from Budget! If you have an Amazon Prime account, rent through them and you earn a gift card for Amazon. I earned $42.00.

Mrs Collins is the most amazing owner I have ever worked with. I rent cars often delivering Amazon vehicles. This was great! She goes over and above to make her transaction stress free. Southern hospitality is not only on the south. You will be fortunate to work with her if you ever need a car from her location.

I was in a jam earlier in the week. I called five places before this one and everyone gave me the run around. I called budget last minute maybe, a hour before closing and they told me come in they had a car available. I didn't catch the lady's name that helped me but she was phenomenal. Everything was quick and hassle free. I was so happy and grateful. Customer service was AMAZING AMAZING.

I was in a real bind trying to find passenger vans. Budget found what I needed and them all delivered to one location. Parked my own car for free. She was so nice. If you don't need the airport, these folks at this location we're wonderful.

Sometimes rental rates lower than @ airport. I like to check on Budget and Avis rates here on University Boulevard when I take a trip because it can be cheaper than renting at the airport a few miles away. You don't get charged some of the airport fees.

No hassle at all for us to rent and return a vehicle. Would definitely choose again! Update 12/28/15: Rented again over the holiday weekend. Car had minor damage upon pick-up--let a staff member know and I was on my way! Return was very easy and quick!
