I use Enterprise at the airport, everywhere, across the country, when in need of a vehicle. They will pick you up. Thank You Enterprise. Local office here in Milford Pa, I have used many times. When your vehicle is held up at the shop, it is a stressful situation. Sherrod at this local Milford PA office is a pleasure. I am a contractor and I prearranged a truck rental a month before (with this location) I was supposed to get it. It was promised and a reservation was made. Today , the day of pick up and was given a Toyota Rav 4. The complete opposite of a truck. Their excuse of not having anything on file for any reservation of a truck. Very disappointed and supposedly they are working on getting one in but no communication at all. I feel scammed and inconvenienced. Very dissatisfied. Now I have to search the Tri- state area in search of one. Stay away

First time renting here and was such a horrible experience. Rented August 2019, in advance for a SUV. Obviously if I am renting a SUV I need it for a reason. Only to get there and them tell me they have a pick up truck or a super small car. Neither will work for the need of traveling with young kids for a week! They told me for me to call other Enterprise's which were an hour plus away to see if they had SUV and I would then drive there to pick up. 3 places I called did not have SUV. After over an hour of being here(the . Closed in this time)a SUV was then returned and that was given to me. Then asking do you want it cleaned?! Ummm seriously?! Absoutly horrible.

Improper customer servicing, once a financial mode is within their possession, and approved all deals fall wayside. Everything originally expected and required by customer fails to make priority, and your downgraded to availabilities, but titled as an upgrade, which if your not privy to knowledge in this industry can become an unfortunate nightmare or nightmares!

I rent from enterprise all over the country when I travel. I always use my business card with a extended line of credit. I told the woman on the phone and I was told no problem. I get there and guess what she couldn't rent me a car because my business credit card that has a very large line of credit said debit on it Complete waste of time. I will never use enterprise again

Enterprise is great. They work with you. I had to wait this time because my rental wasn't ready. Because they were rushing, it wasn't as nice as usual. The vehicle's back tires were going bald. Other than that it was fine

They never answer the phones! I used them when my car was in the body shop for repairs. Never again! They were so hard to reach on any of their phone lines, I'd just get busy signals for hours, and when I finally got the automated answering system, it made me wait 10 minutes and then disconnected me anyway - I never got to speak to a rep! This happened three times, on totally different days. It took me four hours trying to call to get to speak to anyone. There wasn't even an option to leave a voicemail with them. Next time I'll choose another car rental company. This one was too hard to deal with.
