This has to be one of the worst dunking donuts in the area. I have wasted So much money on drinks there. I have tried numerous times to talk to managem and I still can't get a good drink. They show these drinks on t.v all pretty but good luck on trying to get one. Plus the insane wait time in the milford dunkin is insane. At least 30 minutes for a beverage. I'm so done with that location.

Oftentimes the lack of staffing leads to long wait times and incorrect orders, but the staff is always friendly and patient.

Not Covid safe. Employees "half masked" "chin strapped". Completed purchase walked out and threw out my food. Management at this location is insufficient for CDC protocols.

This is usually my favorite Dunkin but the last 2 days have been not so great. I was skimped on my sandwich twice. The first time they forgot the egg and on my makeup sandwich both egg and cheese were missing and there was no mocha syrup in my iced coffee. I'm hoping the usual manager isn't permanently gone and is just on vacation or something because when she's there my order is always perfect.

This Dunkin’ location has awful customer service and management. One male employee was rude to a previous customers; insisting that the order he made was correct and the customer had ordered it wrong. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in the back, while her two employees were handling at least 10 customers on their own. A customer had to call her out to assist her workers. Customers in line behind me were being served before me; one lady in line even demanded to be serviced before me because she would be late for work and they made her coffee instead of the countless other customers waiting patiently in line. There was one employee in the building who was working very hard and had excellent customer service. Despite this I waited for 2 iced coffees for 20 minutes when there were only 3 customers in front of me. And the other young women in front of me was still waiting when I left.

Wow...I did not know that DD made yummy, fresh breakfast sandwiches. We got some to go along with our standard charm for fresh-made donuts and fresh-brewed coffee. Thanks DD for a wonderful way to start our day as we headed home to Delaware on our way from visiting Maine.

I've avoided Dunkin Donuts because, well, they just were awful the last year or so at other locations. I assumed the Milford location would be more of the sane. I got jelly donuts and coffee here today and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the donuts were and the coffee was perfection.
