This is the worst store in concord. The management is horrible. They don’t care about their employees or the customers. They overwork everyone and don’t care about giving breaks after an eight plus hour shift. There are elderly women and men working all these hours without them giving them time to sit and get breather. Expects them to run racks under thirty minutes and for them to just get back on floor every time. There was a elderly women who had very bad back problems and she had been there since the store open nearly almost until it had closed and she was given a break until another staff member had came in for there shift and had asked was she given a break. The general manager of the store HOWARD sits in his office legs propped up on desk while everyone is trying to get this line that’s backed up from one entrance to the other. His response is that he’s the only manager in the store. Do not come here for employment and if you want to shop here. You might want to come bright and early because you will be in the line for hours. This store needs to me ran by someone who can do there job. And corporate needs to come in that store to handle it and get better management in there.

This place is trashy. Clean up on aisle EVERYEHERE! Clothes mixed all over the store. I didn't even bother too look. Half the men's section had women's clothes just thrown in the mix. Products all over the floor, no pride in the store. Checkout personnel in Tshirt and jeans. No name tag or anything that identified they worked there. Welcome station by the back door looked like someone left their lunch. Why do customers entering from inside the mall, have to walk to very back of store to make a purchase then walk back thru again when there is a register right beside the door. I love Burlington but this is the worst store I've ever been in

Customer service was really bad. They spoke to us rudely when we had done nothing to gain their ire. We feel they were racist as they randomly targeted only my family for trying on clothes over our own. I’ve been to this store for around 6 years and I’ve seen people try on some clothes over their own to see if it suits, this is the first time we’ve been called out for it. Further, the woman who said this to us seemed to be following us as she came to us multiple times to ensure we did not change. This store is open until 11 pm, but they closed their fitting rooms at 3:00 pm, saying they will not open again. If we are to buy clothes, we need to try it to see if it is good before buying and for a store that closes so late, they close their fitting rooms so early. This does not at all add up with their rules on trying clothes outside of fitting rooms. Overall, this was a terrible experience and we do not intend to return.

Worst experience buying a handbag from this store and the straps has broken within two weeks of having item. Called several times about an exchange and there to busy to solve my issue. And I get a different answer every time on how to go about getting a different item. Will never buy a purse again from Burlington.

I drove 40 minutes just to shop at this store. The store opens at 8am,but the fitting rooms don't open until noon. What kind of sense does that make? All the while 2 workers are standing right in front of the fitting rooms chit-chatting. Absolute waste of time!

Huge selection at this store. Very disappointing visit though. We spent about 20 minutes in the store and when we made our selections we had to walk across the store since only one side of store had checkout operating. There were no less than 50 parties waiting in line to check out. It was the longest line I've ever seen at a Burlington (or similar store). We promptly hung our items on the nearest rack and left.

Nice to see this outlet in the concord mills mall. - it has in mall entrance and outer side entrance to car park. - vast collection - they home decors but most of time it leftovers only. - less price for good brands.
