I AM STANDING OUTSIDE AS IM TYPING THIS AND IT IS NOW 12:04!!!!!!! THE WORKERS THAT WAS INSIDE WENT INTO THE BACK AND HAVEN'T COME BACK OUT YET AFTER WATCHING ME AND A FEW OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEM TO OPEN UP SINCE 11:40am! And they have yet to come back to the front of the store and open it up whats the point of saying you open at 12 if you’re going to have employees that open the store when they feel like it

No one here acted Ike they actually wanted to be helpful. Customer service was nonexistent. Minimum effort. I’m here to spend money. Only one girl in there seemed to have a pulse and asked if I needed anything. I don’t know her name.

The Hispanic girl looked me dead in my face before walking away. I called her several of times before she slammed the shirt down she was folding and sucked her teeth. I left out they wasn’t getting any of my money!! Rude employees

Once I walked in, I knew the atmosphere was bad! I did not get greeted like any other store. This Hispanic girl who wasn’t doing anything, saw me walk in and did not reach out to me, nor did she offer any help. Instead, she whispered to one of her co-workers who was African American, who already had a customer and pointed at me. So the African American greeted me instead. I just felt like that was a little racist, i left before purchasing! Didn’t know if your Hispanic you can’t help out a black lady.

Good afternoon, I visited the DTLR In PG Plaza . I do frequent this store and I have never had a bad experience. Their selection never disappoints. So this visit I was just browsing spending money that i don't have and I saw this shirt that I really loved. They didn't have my size but I tried a few sizes bigger because I loved it so much and it didn't look like it would work out that way. So I settled for the shirt in a different color, and when I say settle, I mean settle because I really wanted the color of the shirt that didn't fit me. So LATISHA SPEIGHT saw my struggle and when I got to the register she inquired about why didn't I get the other color and I told her. She looked up the shirt and told me that it's showing that there's a small in the back. She asked me to wait while she went and looked and CAME OUT WITH THE SHIRT IN MY SIZE! Now this may not seem like a big deal, or like "something she was supposed to do" but people DON'T DO THAT! You normally have to ask a sales associate to look for something...she legit offered even after I had already moved on. Great customer service goes a long way and she definitely deserves to be acknowledged. She wasn't the only person in the store who saw me change my options, but she was the only person who extended a hand and honestly I really appreciate it and I just wanted to let you all/her know. She heightened my experience and made me feel like my satisfaction truly mattered and honestly that meant a great deal to me. Please encourage her to pass her great customer service skills along and continue to be an example of how customer service is done the right way. Shout out to Letisha. (She made me so happy I ended up coming right back and buying more stuff because she just left me on such a positive note) Love her and love this store.
