Went in to exchange something and asked a girl about the exchange policy and showed her the shoes I wanted to exchange. She said they were beat. I told her someone told me other information and she didn’t say anything and said I couldnt exchange them. That’s cool , but she didn’t have to be rude about it. Was just asking questions. ~Carlo

I AM STANDING OUTSIDE AS IM TYPING THIS AND IT IS NOW 12:04!!!!!!! THE WORKERS THAT WAS INSIDE WENT INTO THE BACK AND HAVEN'T COME BACK OUT YET AFTER WATCHING ME AND A FEW OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEM TO OPEN UP SINCE 11:40am! And they have yet to come back to the front of the store and open it up whats the point of saying you open at 12 if you’re going to have employees that open the store when they feel like it ~Frances
