Nice to see this outlet in the concord mills mall. - it has in mall entrance and outer side entrance to car park. - vast collection - they home decors but most of time it leftovers only. - less price for good brands. ~RUDRA

I’ve NEVER been inside if an ALDIs that I didn’t like! The prices. parking, sanitation, selection, - HANDS DOWN, it’s the best! I always look for ALDIs when I travel with the little guys. ———- BUT ——uuuugh ———-the service is okay at best. Kinda loathe the one cashier - checkout line wrapped around the next isle thing , at ALL the stores I visit in the Charlotte area, but hey, you can’t have it all huh? ~Kelle

Stopped by to pick up a few gifts, then realized I left measurements at home, ughhh :/ Brittany was so patient, kind, and helpful during my visit. She made my unorganized visit worthwhile and took the time to point out what was on trend for my specific requests - really added to my experience overall. Buckle at Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for all things quality clothing and much more. I really like the selection and variety that they have available here. Good experience every time I have shopped here. ~Evan

Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store at Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for all things Polo in one location. I really like the selection of different items that they have available for business and casual wear. Good place to shop. ~Evan

Went to return a bag I purchased from another Cosch store. Day before I purchased two bags at this location due to the colors they had. Upon my arrival at the counter, L I will call her, asked if I had my receipt I said yes it's in the bag. She has the audacity to tell me, I need to hand it to her in her hand!!!Who the heck are you. I don't need to do anything. Her tone was ugly and made me angry. I had just received some horrible news, and L wants to act like she all that. Well guess what. For now, that location has lost my business. ~Sharon

I like Brooks Brothers but Lori at this location is rude. Treated me like I was a “peasant”. Didn’t want to let me try on anything but allowed others. She also hovered over me as if I was going to steal something. I’ve been here multiple times in the past. I still bought a few items because of the good deals. She said oh we are trying to make sure people have fresh shirts to try on. Either she was lazy or Brooks Brothers needs to change that policy. Another associate asked her why she would not let me try on things and she said “oh you know why”. This is a Concord Mills factory outlet location not a 5th avenue store get over yourself Lori. I will just make the trip to the South Park location next time. ~David

Prices are okay. Pumps are slow that you can watch the TV commercials. All the window washer stations were dry. ~Sean
