Stopped by to pick up a few gifts, then realized I left measurements at home, ughhh :/ Brittany was so patient, kind, and helpful during my visit. She made my unorganized visit worthwhile and took the time to point out what was on trend for my specific requests - really added to my experience overall. Went to return a bag I purchased from another Cosch store. Day before I purchased two bags at this location due to the colors they had. Upon my arrival at the counter, L I will call her, asked if I had my receipt I said yes it's in the bag. She has the audacity to tell me, I need to hand it to her in her hand!!!Who the heck are you. I don't need to do anything. Her tone was ugly and made me angry. I had just received some horrible news, and L wants to act like she all that. Well guess what. For now, that location has lost my business. ~Sharon

I recently opened a credit card and haven't receive my card number/bill (I am out of town) and needed to pay my bill. I went to the LOFT Outlet at concord mall and the Amazing! Manager Amy, treated me like an appreciated customer, She was Professional and knowledgeable. I wish Amy could be Cloned and placed strategically everywhere I do business. ~Eartha
