Went to return a bag I purchased from another Cosch store. Day before I purchased two bags at this location due to the colors they had. Upon my arrival at the counter, L I will call her, asked if I had my receipt I said yes it's in the bag. She has the audacity to tell me, I need to hand it to her in her hand!!!Who the heck are you. I don't need to do anything. Her tone was ugly and made me angry. I had just received some horrible news, and L wants to act like she all that. Well guess what. For now, that location has lost my business.

Horrible experience here….. I was in the store for 10min before I was greeted once I was greeted I responded finally someone greeted me!!! He just walked away I purchased 2 purses here only because it was on a Xmas list I’ll never purchase anything from this location again. It’s a horrible feeling being profiled by your own people there’s many African American Associate’s at this location you’d think they would be willing to help/greet (their job) however my experience here sucked I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Kacee was the most attentive and so friendly. just by chance I was able to get a Christmas gift for my mom and I’m so happy. Everyone in there was friendly and very helpful. If I have to choose between the premium outlets and this location, I will always choose the concord coach! Thank y’all!
